Received an "invoice" in the mail with a presort code above our company name.  It is a bill for Telecom Maintenance Agreement with no disclaimer about it being a solicitation.  Called the number and waited on hold for a few minutes and I became suspicious and looked the number up here.   We will be turning this into the Attorney General in Ohio.  Hope no one falls for this and just mails these jokers a check.

I just recieved this too. I called to see what the invoice was for and the guy said it was just to get us to call. I told him that it was very misleading he said he was sorry I felt that way. When I said that this should be changed, it in no way looks like an advertisement, it looks like an invoice, he said "have a nice day *sshole". and hung up on me. I have the conversation recorded. I can't believe I was treated like this.

I just recieved this letter in New Jersey.  I'm a distribution company.  This invoice followed 2 months after I upgraded my VOIP phone system and I suspected it was legitimate, but after not getting an answer and seeing these posts, I know it is a scam.

I received a call on May 15th @ 6:53am and never answered their call!

We just got the same invoice from UST for Telecom Maintenance Agreement it is for $425.00

I tried to call to find out what services they provide us. The phone line just goes to hold with no way of getting to any one. Ya thats a tele scam!

This is a total scam to try and get companies to pay without thinking!

We have recieved 3 identical invoices all for $425.00 "TELCOM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT". We have never done business with this company! I also tried to call in to speak to some one and was on hold for @10min before I was given the option to leave a message.

Now in California.  Sent invoice for services we did not ask for or get.  No phone call received.

This "company" keeps sending us a bill and keeps calling us? Even after we requested that they remove us from their call list.

Received invoice from them.   Knew I had not entered into any agreement and sounded bogus.  Checked online and saw all of the other comments.   Scum like this should rot in prison.

Received an invoice for $425.00 for Telecom Maintenance Agreement.  We have never heard of this business so faxed for more information.  Have never heard from them.  Looked up phone number on internet and found that this company is a FRAUD.  DO NOT PAY ANY INVOICE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY.  Will be seeking legal action.  This has reached Louisiana 2013
