- DaisyFirst things she ask me if she can have my name. Told her no and your number comes up spam and I hang up.
- Caller: Tired of scammers
- Call type: Telemarketer
- GeorgeThis is NOT DHL. I have received 9 things from DHL in the last month... and they never called me. They did send a bunch of texts, however, explaining the status of my shipments... even when they couldn't deliver at my address.
You would be foolish to believe the false reports here saying that you should give your SSN or social security number. If something needs confirmation, it will be at a customs checkpoint, where you would provide state/country identification like a driver's license or passport.
In addition, DHL would actually leave a message... the person who called me did not. If it was DHL, after they leave a message, DO NOT call them back at whatever phone number that they give you. Call DHL's public phone number, and get whatever you need from them.
The majority of the people saying this number is legitimate, are getting paid, in one way or another, to lie to you on purpose.
Good luck! - JeanThis number called the business I work for and kept asking my name, I asked how may i help you?
- Caller: DHL
- DoNotCallRegistryDoesntWork| 2 repliesGot a call with this callerid (but it is probably fake and spoofed). Spoke completely in a foreign language, the only thing I could make out was "DHL". Meh, scammer.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Tygerkat replies to DoNotCallRegistryDoesntWork| 1 replyWhy do you say the DNC registry doesn't work? Do you actually receive calls from legitimate telemarketers? Or just from scammers such as this? See, it isn't a call blocker, just a list followed by legitimate telemarketers. Scammers simply ignore it. Try an actual call blocker if you get many unwanted calls.
- CelticDragon replies to TygerkatThey're rather blame something than actually do something to fix the issue (aka stop the calls)
- lisathey called me .said that i have a package to pick up . they are lier . i don't have any package . if you call me one more time again . i will report to police take care of you . dare you again

- Tom| 1 replyA guy said I had a package at the custom of China and there is a problem with it. I told him I didn't ship anything to China with DHL, he hung up the phone. Maybe is fraud phone number.
- Caller: maybe DHL
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- BigA replies to TomNo, they meant that someone was allegedly shipping something to you, and they want you to pay the "duty, fees, bribes, etc" to get it out of customs and into your hands. That would be the invisible package that doesn't exist of course.
- T.JThis is the 2nd call I received in less than a week from this number. It's a robo call, but I don't know what's the message is because the message sounds like it's in Chinese
- Call type: Unwanted
- JRThis is a valid DHL Complaints Dept number. After having years of bad experiences with the big three carriers yesterday I had what was IMHO the best professional delivery driver experience with DHL. Even with video cameras all others have had many bad experiences with boxes delivered empty, not delivered, drivers destroying my property so I was forced to install cameras. Even after installing I had drivers flipping me off (or the cameras) and still missing stuff and the cameras have positively solved all of my problems. Yesterday the DHL driver waved high to the camera, gently placed my box at my door and rang the door bell, but I wasn't home. Nothing but professionalism so I sent DHL an email with a positive comment. They were calling me letting me know that they will be passing this down to the drivers supervisor for proper recognition. So maybe someone reading this will take the time to do as I did and send in a positive comment where it fits. Think about how it feels to know you are appreciated for doing your job in a professional manner. Remember just because you don't see anyone doesn't mean no one is watching.

- LaurenThere have been a lot of telemarketing/scam/robocalls calls from this number lately. The voice is automated and can be in English or sometimes Chinese. I believe this may be "spoofing" or whatever you call it where they falsify info and bounce it off a legitimate number. I have received these calls on and off for a while (I have no packages expected) and coworkers have experienced the same thing (they also have no packages).

- rc| 1 replythis number called in morning left message in Chinese. I called number back, System says its DHL Express, automated system asked typical questions - said it was transferring to representative, 3 minutes still no rep and no music just dead silence. I checked my DHL app and it says no packages scheduled today. According to duckduckgo search its a legitimate number. But to leave you hanging - i question if it hasn't been hijacked.
- Caller: DHL
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Same replies to rcSame here, msg left in Chinese...
- MikeBe careful, the caller tried to steal my ID over the phone.

- Poecalled a DNC listed # of mine and left a message saying "please answer". i doubt it is DHL calling as I have never been a customer of theirs, and they are calling a # that I only use for texting. it is a spoofed # trying to scam people.

- USAScam. Automatic message in Chinese
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Call-receiverIt looks like an automatic or "bot" call speaking in a language that sounds like Chinese. The voice was female, the same kind of voice that appeared on several calls from different numbers that I received in the past few weeks. Sounds like scam.
