Don't call the number.  This is for Social Security overpayment.
Go on the website on the mail you received and call the phone number on there instead.

Social Security set up $20 payments, for overpayment that we shouldn't have had.  We can't seem to get rid of this.  But at least it's out of collections....
No garnishments of paycheck or tax refunds etc.....

Wouldn't it be great if the SSA had a known, published phone number that you could call to get answers to problems such as this?  When you go to the SSA office you should tell them to get a phone number and publish it so that you could call instead having to go to the office to get answers.
