    This is a customer service number for a copy that processes online banking (electronic payment and check) payments sent by customers of multiple banks (including Citizens among others) to any vendor they choose.

    Yes I did. I called the number and was informed that this refer to a payment that someone made to me. I called to name on the check and confirmed that the check is good to be deposited. Online bill payment processing center is a reliable company.

    I rcvd. a check in the mail for over $100.00, it was processed by "Online Bill Payment Processing Center. " from "New Hope Luthern (as spelled)church" I have no idea why it was sent to me????

    I have a checking account with Doral Bank (PR Baldrich) with access to make payments through internet. I think you are their telebanking provider. I have my VISA card with Banco Popular and tried to paid it (VISA)using Doral Bank telebanking.  Unfortunately, a mail was returned to me with the check made by Doral indicating "no such number".  The address contained in the check to which the correspondence was sent is incorrect and does not match the correct address posted by me at Doral's internet pages. Consecuently, since Banco Popular's VISA didn't receive the payment, a late charge of $39 was applied.  Is there anything I can do to recover my $39 dollars?

    I noticed 2 transactions to my checking account that posted twice. I tried to call my bank and the payment center, but as it's Saturday, both are closed. I would like to know if there is any recompense when the mistake is theirs and an account becomes overdrawn. A 24 hour english-speaking call center would also be nice.

    I received a check in the mail and it looked fake so I took it to the bank and they have agreed with me but will investigate this check on Monday with Online Processing, so says the bank. Was your check good or not?

So I want not receive for no longer more this kind of check from your company. Please stop to send these for any month, Just stop to do it. Cancel please.

    I received a check for $80.94.  I deposited it.  I see it was credited to my account and then the same amount was taken out.  BEWARE!

    I recieved a check forover $2450. from a Edwin Harris, 1007 Court St., Saint Joseph MO 64504-1844. that i deposited into my account and showed as a good check but came back later after processing that the mony was not in the account. and now has my account at my personal bank messed up very bad. BEWARE ANY THING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

    I received a check from a lady name Tammi j clear from Fergus falls mn I don't know this women and would like to know y she sent me a check in the first place I would like to know if the check is any good and do I have to pay it back. If I do put it in the bank

    Never put checks from people you do not know in your bank. Chances are it is a fake and you end up getting in the red with your bank. Take it to the post office where you live and show them the check and the envelope it was mailed in.

    I receive checks by this company from my customers. I do lawn care and landscaping and multiple customers pay via payment processing. As long as you know who wrote the check to you will it be legitimate. They always deposit and never bounce.

    My bank uses the bill payment processing center for Bill Pay. If I send a check to an individual via Bill Pay I always give them a heads up that the check will be arriving so they won't think it's a scam and throw it away.
