Unfortunately, no they don't! A lot of this info has come into their hands from security breach's, online forms filled out and other nefarious means.  This particular company has many threads here.

Just recently started receiving some of the same type phone calls mentioned above. Caller from the Atlantic Group name Allison White. Talking about serious allegations against me in regards to some type of payday loan. Called the first time around the Christmas Holiday, when I spoke to her I advised her I had no earthly idea what she was talking about. Told her to send me something in the mail if she had my address, needless to say I've never received it. Leaves this number to return her call 877-230-8322 really, what professional says you've been officially notified via voicemail. Truly believed it was a scam from the very beginning. Be aware!
