    Look, I don't want you to get the idea that I'm being crass or rude with you. This forum is extremely annoying, and you get that. That's why you post the things you do. I get it. -If you have some sort of real issue with us though, we are no different than any other company. We do want to hear about it, and we want to take care of it. If you end up in the area and want to talk, we aren't going to turn you away. We will make a group effort to talk with you and address any issues you have. Until then however, posting things on the internet about the fact that some of us use aliases is just worthless. You are up at midnight making posts like the one above, and all for what really? To irk us? We just don't get it. Let me know if you have a specific situation that has angered you, and I will of course see what I can do to help.

    Great job, guys! You're really getting to these losers, as their constant posts trying desperately to justify their scam keep proving. A legitimate company would simply ignore a site like this. The scammers feel compelled to post more and more verbal vomit. This site must be cutting into their business big time since they have so much time to make their increasingly desperate and pathetic posts.

    You can think what you want. The bottom line is that it is irritating to hear ignorant comments like this, and to see them go unchecked. This isn't cutting into our business at all in terms of what kind of money we are making (thank goodness!). We make a legally enforceable sale prior to anybody getting on here to check. That's the good thing about cold sales. We call and sell you in one round. It's after the sale is made that people get on here and post nasty things (upon finding out an unauthorized employee made a purchase). Think about it.

    I have plenty of free time to post replies on here. If you'll notice the trend, I initially wanted to reply to customers to resolve their issues. There is nothing shameful in that. However, it has turned into a big smorgasbord of random, useless, hatred and ignorance. People complaining that we use aliases, posting our address as if it's some secret. I want to figure out what makes these people tick. It makes no sense to me. Nobody has stated any sort of real problem for us to fix or work on have they? Nope. I wonder why that is.

    I now keep a tab open on my browser and check in a few times a day. We aren't going to just "ignore" this site, regardless of what you think a "legitimate" company would do. That doesn't even make sense. You call us scammers with no evidence, just like the other people on here that have. Why are we scammers? Just answer that question.

    You are scammers because your sales people practice deception as their primary sales tool.  

    More specifically, they do not reveal that they are selling something, instead they pretend to be calling from another department at the same company as their intended victim.  If they mention any price at all in the conversation, they make it sound like it's 11.95 or something when it actually is $1195.  You are also scammers because you ship unsuspecting people toner along with an invoice at prices that are 2000% higher than market.  You know that many people won't pay Dynatek's fraudulent invoices, so you then demand a "restocking fee" that is still 500% of the actual market price for the garbage products you sell.  

    Legitimate companies do not get investigated by the postal inspector, they are not under consent agreements with the attorney general for the state of Missouri, and they do not use false names.

    That's why you are scammers.

    John Turner (if that's his real name) is a bald faced liar.  Nobody believes the garbage which comes out of his mouth, not even John Turner himself.  What a loser John Turner is to spend his life defending grifters and scammers.

    So we pretend to be in another department, yet we are trying to sell you something? How does that even make sense?? How could that even work?

    So everything I've said is in one ear and out the other apparently. I'm truly sorry you feel that way "Honest Person". I've offered to send you recordings, I've even offered for you to come here in person..there is nothing else I can do or say...you will hang on to your deluded beliefs no matter what we try to tell you.

    We tried rolling up our sleeves to answer customer complaints, but all we've heard is completely ignorant rhetoric...what a shame. You call me a loser and a liar even though everything I've said can be independently verified. You are just looking to smear us because you probably got sued into paying us or something. I can literally prove everything that YOU have said is a lie, but you can't do the same. That says something.

    This will be my last post here. It is doing no good.

    In closing, I can only urge those who have issues with orders contact us using the information on the invoice or packing list. Following the commands of people that post on here will most likely get you sued, and we truly don't want that. It's up to you in the end. I just hope you rely on evidence and reason.

    This is amazing.  This company is a scam.  They did the same thing.  They asked an employee you have this printer and your orderd this ink and we want to know your address and credit card to ship.  The employee said I have no credit card.  Then they said we will ship to your address.  We got the wrong ink $ 3000.00 worth.  Then they sent an invoice and send me ink for the wrong printer for 100 years.  I did not accept it and sent it back.  Then they wanted $ 600.00 restock fee and said they would take me to court.  I told them to stick it.  Don't deal with them.  They are a scam.  I have contacted the attorney general in our state.  I am trying to put a class action law suit. There are three attornies and two companies joning me.  I have 30 complaints and info.  I can't wait to take them to court.

    This company is a scam company.  Three companies here in our state including mine which is owned by two Attorney's and one Judge had a very similiar exprience.  We got $ 3000.00 worth of ink for a printer we did not have.  A lady called then ink came then the bill and we did no accept it.  Guess what they wanted $ 600.00 restock fee.  They are a scam and I am putting plans together for a class action.

    Brad Baker with Dynatek Solutions in Springfield MO (ph# 877-254-5168) is one of the best at what he does....Scamming and Harrassing. He has shipped our company computer toners using one of our employees name, claiming to have her voice recorded as proof that she placed the order. He has stooped to the level of not only not providing an address to return the product, but is refusing to give credit claiming we are past the 30 days window according to Dynatek's policy, and calling our employee a liar. The cost of the toner is approx. $200/each more than the vendor we do legitimate business with.
    A letter has been written and sent certified mail at the suggestion of our legal department that either Dynatek issue a pickup and credit for the toner within 30 days or we will consider their product a donation. Thanks Brad !!
    Please instruct your accounts payable department to flag this vendor in your system to DO NOT PAY!

    I worked for this place a ton of times. I only went back because it is easy money. It is terrible to say because I was in fact scamming people every day. Which is the reason I quit for the very last time. I hated that everyday I was sinning, lying and scamming people out of thousands of dollars. I needed the money so I'd go back to "m tek" every few months to make some extra cash. Jemily, or however you spell it, was my boss at the time. I have no idea how people get off on scamming people, or how people can consistently scam people year after year there. It boggles my mind. It is a completely dishonest and misleading company to work for. I hear their radio commercials everyday and I think to myself, 'please don't apply there. Someday they're going to get in trouble by the FBI for their terrible scams'. I had a family member who was working there and alla sudden one day at work they were investigated and laid off. Yet somehow they're still in business. It boggles my mind how they can still be in business after that. Anyway, don't trust these guys. Take it from someone who was once a scammer like these guys trying to play it off as an honest business. It's not worth it. If you hear, "hi this is "x" at microtek solutions, I need to check the model number on the printer there in the office", HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!!!

    I would simply send back the merchandise.  And if they want some restocking fee then simply rip it up. Never pay it.  If you feel bad about that send this company an equal bill for your "Handling fee for unauthorized merchandise return."  Two can play that game!
