- SandraIf I need HSN, I'll call them. I've ordered in past but have no clue why they're calling me now

- DCWe received calls from "HSN" too. The first time they left a high pitched garbled message and it was from a different number. After a few more calls I contacted HSN by going to their website and calling their customer service number. Guess what? HSN never called us and have no records of any calls going to our number. They said it's a scam and they would not be calling about extended services or phone orders. It would be in an email or in the message section of your account. SCAMMER.

- CarrieThey called, didn't leave message, I blocked the cal, then looked it up. I once bought something from HSN about a year ago, paid for it and haven't done business with them since. I wonder if they'd call and try and sell me something? It's 8 pm I will unblock the number but if they call again, they could leave a message about what they want. i get mystery calls with hang ups or no message all the time, with spoofed names/numbers on them. Who knows if it's really from the place it says it is.

- D.T.It's definitely HSN (Home Shopping Network) -- I didn't pick up because my caller ID detail just said "TOLL FREE CALL" and no message was left. But after a quick trip to 800Notes I called back and confirmed that it was indeed HSN. (In my case it was a legit contact from their customer service department regarding an issue with a recently placed order.)

- SactoshopperHSN calling to let me know they received my return. Happy to hear that. Too bad they don't just put their name so it shows up on caller ID.

- GC| 1 replyThis is after Hurricane Harvey & we have people we are concerned about, so I sometimes answer my phone due to that reason. By other posts I find out that it's HSN (either that or someone SPOOFED the number). I really do NOT appreciate answering the phone only for the other side to hang up on me. HSN, if that was YOU, YOU have my email address. if YOU actually have something to "communicate." Don't be calling me with your silly messages ..... or, should I say - NONmessages. Thank you.

- JackieCalled-left no message. I did not call number to see what it was about.

- AnnYes it is hsn .... But I do wish they'd show the company name. Far too many of us get spam etc calls so in our house we don't answer unless we know exactly who it is. Thx for Google search where I checked the #

- GCIf this was HSN calling (not someone spoofing), it was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They left a voicemail. The voicemail was a continuous busy signal .... which I cut short by deleting the message. Annoying to say the least. I did have an item on waitlist and received an email stating that the purchase was cancelled due to being out of the item. The email was all I really needed. I don't need HSN to dog me through the phone especially when they leave inept voicemails (such as described). I like HSN overall, but the phone calls are totally unnecessary (already told them that, but they are just like everybody else ... in that, they don't listen). Oh, well .... I don't have to answer the phone and voicemail is easily deleted. :)

- AnonymousReceived this call yesterday evening and did not return the call because a message was not left, nor was there any indication of the call being with HSN. However, I did a check of this number and saw where someone reported the number was affiliated to HSN. I'm a customer of HSN and contacted them to see why I had a missed call from them. Sally, Customer Rep., proceeds to tell me that the call was to inform me that a credit card I have on file for Flex Pay is nearing its expiration date. In less than a minute, she discovers that I had updated my credit card info and asked for me to disregard the call. This was a legitimate call to me, but suggested they should indicate incoming call is from HSN.

- Helen replies to MooseWhen I get calls from HSN, they always
say who is calling and give a callback number, if they need u to return the call. I've had no fake or scam callers saying they were QVC or HSN. I shop w both. - PaulineJReceived a call confirming receipt of an order, I have not placed an order to HSN in over a decade! Additionally, the number that they were calling to confirm the order has been my work mobile for over10 years and that would have not have been a number that I would have used for ordering and items. Still sounds suspicious to me!!
