Received a phone call saying this company had been retained due to accident that my insurance had paid...All information they gave were inaccurate...I spoke with my insurance and they confirmed this is a scam there is a way for all insurances to verify correct information.

Hello. I also got a call from them with the exact same story. And they said my wife was driving and THEY deferment it was her fault.  I would like to know if any action is been taken against this fraudulent group. I would like to be part of going after them for unlawful practices.

A woman from this outfit also called me and left a message alleging I had an accident and she was the law office representing USAA insurance company. She also gave a return number to call, extension number and reference number. My car insurance claim adjuster has contacted USAA about the alleged accident that I knew nothing about. USAA agent cleared me stating it was a wrong identity. Is USAA insurance company also a scammer?

Just received 2nd phone call from guy named robert from illionis area code, and today he came me this 1800 number to have my husband to call him back. Now i found this website about this phone number. Well...Is this scam? My husband got car accident last year in ga, and this guy told me if we don't pay them for the insurance company, they can suspend license under that total losted car.

Same here. Today i got 2nd phone call and got this 1800 number from guy named rob. We had usaa insurance when my husband got into car accident last year. He said if we don't pay the insurance co. Back our driver's license will be suspended.

Got a call said I vandalized a vehicle when I was the one who had my vehicle vandalized think they better check on people using insurance fraud

Spoke with a lady that was incredibly rude (called the 1-800# from a letter that was sent, claiming I owed $9,000+ for a car accident). She asked me to verify information (car that was in an alleged accident I did not/ do not own and the address she had for me was more than 2 address' ago), I offered to help clear everything up. She got increasingly rude, gave me an email address to send "what I think will clear my name" (which I have no intent on doing). Seems obvious now that it's just a scam to try and collect money, at least they could answer the phone professionally.

They called and said they represented safeco insurance and that I owed money. They said I shouldn’t be driving around because my license was suspended and they want their money. Supposedly they have been sending me letters, but I nevwr received one from them.

Called me and my wife about some BS claim and left short rude, scary sounding messages.  Called back and got HUGE amounts of attitude from the super aggressive lady that answered the phone.  She would not give me any real information and lied trying to get money from me. I told her if she didn't give me the info I wanted I was hanging up.  She said, "Fine, we'll just call yo [***] back." No joke that's exactly what she said.  Good look lady, your number is blocked.

These people called me and lied to me and said that someone was suing me for over $18,000.23.  When i looked up their phone number which is 309-426-4140 it says that they are a telemarketing company.  They insisted that i was driving without car insurance on december 8th the day of the fire, when in fact, of course i had car insurance at the time, but i did not leave me home at all that day.  The reason why i cancelled my policy with my car insurance company is because i do not have the car right now.

They are not a telemarketing company. They are a subrogation firm and ignoring them will cause you more problems. You should be letting your insurance company handle this.
