My wife picked up the phone and told this person she didn't want to sign up. They told her ok have a nice dday. Then the next month TLG TRVLADV took out 19.99 and TLG GREATFN took out the same. They are owned by the same company Trilegiant. Watch out for these places. We had to close our bank and get a new one. Please report these people to the BBB.

I have noticed this $15.99 on my account for over a year. I thought it had something to do with my insurance. I called the number and told them to cancel this. The man on the phone informed me that I had signed up for this when I bought something online. I call bull. He said he would cancel as of today 9/1/11 we will see if it is on next months bill. I did not ask for a refund.

I wouldn't trust that they have cancelled/refunded your money.  They seem to be very comfortable lying to you over the phone.  I have called this company 3 times to cancel (twice within the 30 day trial time) and they're still charging my account. Luckily I caught it the first month but they'd charged 3 times within that month.  I just changed my credit card number because this isn't going to stop until they flat out have no access to my account, I highly recommend everyone else who's been taken in by this company do the same.  I also filed a BBB complaint but I don't know how much good that does.

They are still at it, $12.50, possibly from a reservation I made for Days Inn on a travel website...

They have been charging my account, $12.50, for a year and I just recognized it. I just canceled it but they did not give any refund of it. I even do not know this company. The guy said I need to request the refund to this number: 1-800-964-8115 and it is a fax number. does anybody know what I can do? do they have website?
I feel very bad. This is fraud.
