Received a message this morning from Payl Gerber 360-597-1169.  Claimed that he would be at my facility from mid afternoon tomorrow to conduct an assets and liabilities investigation that would complete by Firday.
He said his client was Altas Global Trade Solutions and if I had any questions to call 1-800-318-6494 ext 2350 Mr. Jeremy Clements with a case #.  I haven't called that number and will not based on the above comments.

Called and said he was doing a private investigation of my business finances. Oh boy!

He said his client was Altas Global Trade Solutions and if we had any questions to call 1-800-318-6494 ext 2351 Mr. Steve Rice with a case #.  We haven't called that number and will not based on the above comments.

received a call from Paul Gerber (on a non-company line) saying he was hired to do an investigation of a company that doesn't exist, but has a name similar to my company's name so I thought he might be "in the ballpark" of reality and when I questioned him, he said he (1) doesn't know any facts about what he was hired to investigate, but I could 'call his client'- William Turner who could give me more information, and (2) when I questioned him further, he admitted his company- FG Investigations LLC, a Louisiana company, doesn't have a license to conduct private investigations in California, (conducting an investigation in any state without a license from that state is a criminal offense and, if they are licensed private investigators, they know that).  So... beware!

Yes.  Same Paul Gerber same story except said to call back and ask forvBill Turner ext. 2263 and gave me sum case #...scammer!
