Manasseh Jordan Ministries. Call the 800 number they called you with and they will remove your number.

They called my family members one-by-one. I reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry and the Texas Do Not Call Commission.

This is a "ministry" that puts fear into you to join their prayer group (which costs a fee of course) I have NO IDEA how they got my or my husbands cell phone numbers. But, they called both of us with in an hour of each other. They say you can be taken off their list, however Im leary to push any buttons at all.

Michael, I totally agree with you. I'm curious as to where these people got our phone #s.  I, too, am on the Do Not Call list.

It was someone calling on God's behalf. Not sure why God just didn't set a bush on fire or something like that. You would figure that an omnipotent being would be more creative than having one of his devoted followers spam calling my cell phone.

Got a call about prayer, and it said to be removed call the same number. Then it said it didn't work.

I just got one... the only thing I put my phone # in was for CHASE bank... now I am livid! Prayer groups are NEVER ok on my phone!

Got a call on my cell phone.  Some kind of religious thing.  My cell phone is registered with the cell phone do not call list so I was very disappointed.

The number called; I didn't answer and I never got around to setting up my voice mail so I don't know what they wanted.

Ha.. This guy's website is a hoot. So I get this ridiculous call from this douche, and you can barely understand what is being said as the recording is so badly done. The same thing - prayer group. I didn't even listen to the rest of the message. It was left on my kids cell phone - no one has that number, so it's got to be random dialed.

Me and my wife received calls from this number within 10 minutes of each other. Let’s work together to find out whom is selling our cell phone numbers. Here’s how we list our;

Do not post your phone number! We are both on the state and national do not call list.
If we find the commonality of what we all have in common that’s who is selling our info.

Was reading some other post to my wife, she said

“Did it call your google voice #, because in the past when someone called that number it rang your phone then mine right afterwards.”

That is a possibility, considering the only other place that has both our numbers is the hospital ER who would be in violation of federal HEPA laws to share that info.

HIPA sorry, not HEPA or whatever, the new Health Information Privacy Act.

Each company has their own Do Not Call List. Basically a telemarketing company recieves a list of leads that they call. When you ask to be put on the do not call list they simply erase your name  and number from that individual list. There is no such thing as an all encompassing do not call list.

I did not pick up, and the message is a prayer/religious message; however, the connection was bad and I could not make out much of it.  Of particular note - I got the call on my FEDERAL GOVT issued cell phone. LOL - so much for the separation of church and state.

I am so sick and tired of Manasseh Jordan calling me all of the time. I change my phone number and he still calls. what to do?
