I have only had my phone for less than a month, and I've been getting about two calls a day from these people. Even after 9:00 at night. They call from 800 number as well as my area code. Seriously, what is wrong with people.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I keep getting calls from prophet Manassa. I have reported this guy before. When he calls I block the number but then he calls on a different number .

Prophet Manasseh calls call me all the time I block one number they call me from another they block another number they call me from another I want it to stop

I. Continue to get calls from the so called prophet Mannassee. I' m in the do not call list, I've blocked his number and he continues to call from different numbers. How can this be stopped?

By sending him a certified, return receipt letter telling them to put you on their internal and external DNC lists and also telling them to send you a copy of their written DNC policy.

Well for starters you could try reading that post right before yours.  Reading, you just never know what you might learn.

I have been receiving these unwanted calls from manasseh for over two years, much like all of the others in this chain. The numbers frequently change and are now coming from local (to me) area codes and making them tougher to ignore. I have blocked numbers through my cell phone provider, but I can't get ahead of it. The calls seem a fraud and I have failed to get them to stop on my own. Please help, this is harassment.
