These people call daily.  sometimes twice a day!  

YEP they have called at least 4 times today. They will get a piece of my mind if they ever call again.

Actually this doesn't make sense they call constantly acting like I haven't paid for 5 months and it comes out of my bank account and it says all payments have been made on my credit report, so I'm really confused.

Lots of calls here today, looking for the spouse of an employee. No matter how many times they are told the employee cannot take calls here, they don't give up. Collectors that act like that are waving the "junk debt" red flag when they behave this way.

I've gotten numerous calls from these guys at my workplace on the main reception line. As soon as I answer and say the name of the company they hang up.

I just purchased a new car and they are my lender. It's been an ongoing nightmare with them from the beginning. "How about I just got another call as I am preparing this.." SMFH! So there is this "welcome-call" that they do, that's unnecessary. They should rename it, as the "intro-to-harassment call" they literally called 9 times a day. While I would be on the line

With one, another would call. I had to speak to a supervisor who said that he would take care of it. since he didn't take care of it because I got another phone call I talkEd to him again. it's been so much with this company already I don't even know if I really wanted to do business with theM. I told them they wEre calling me like I missed a payment. Mine wasn't due until 45 days later. There record keeping is untrustworthy. I will be refinancing with my bank in 6 Mo. Smdh

We do not have any car loan nor do we have any debt so I am wondering how they have our number and why they call daily, are they scammers????

these calls are from Exeter Finance in Dallas Texas.  Be aware, there is currently a class action lawsuit against Exeter Finance because of their continued violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as poor collection practices.  If they call you before 8 am or after 9 pm, or if they are harsh or belligerent in any way, you can report them and sue them.  Also, if they call any of the references that you provided during application and say anything other than "please let your friend or relative know that we are trying to reach them", you can join the lawsuit.  Here is the link for that information:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCndVApdFho

Received voice mail message for someone (unintelligible).  Sounds like a collection call - I don't know of any loans through Exeter, so I will treat as spam.  Google Voice says it was Seville Shopping Center (maybe spoofed?) although voice said Exeter Finance.

Keep calling 3 times an hour...they should be fined .stop them
