Agreed. I think they are a shady company, based on reading several web pages from searching the number. I blocked them in April. They never leave a vm. I don't have a car loan through them. I went directly through my dealership. I'm also always on-time with my payments and I keep clear documentation. I'm guessing it's a family member they are looking for. This number has called me 23 times since April. I'm wondering if that's harassment? 🤔 Again, no vm left and nothing in the mail. If I owed a company anything, they legally have to send a notice by mail and prove I received it. Thank God for the block feature on phones! 🙏

Actually no.  If this was a third party debt collector then they would be required to send you a letter after first contact.  This is not a third party DC since it is the original creditor.  In 45 states they are not regulated.  However there is nothing that says that you cannot contact them with a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  Of course you can do nothing and enjoy the numerous calls.  Your choice, hope you make the right one.

Scam call as usual.
Never had any loans with that so-called finance company.
No message left on answer machine. Now blocked, but I’m sure they will keep calling people fro a different number.

Keeps calling asking for information about a Melissa somebody. I have no idea who it is. Then they started asking for all of my information, so I blocked the number.
