We elect local, state and federal individuals to protect our interest.  We chase terrorist around the globe when our so called life, liberty and pursuit of happiness is "threatened"  and yet right here at home we get taken by corrupt individuals and companies.  Between the legal system and politicians do we even stand a chance?

these people are a scam! i have asked them numerous times to stop, but they don't...another violation.  after they left me on hold for a long time...just another scam tactic, i just spoke to the manager want to be... carlos...he is such a moron that he had the audacity to tell me i cant get a warranty from my own dealership!  after 28 years in the auto business, i know what im talking about, but he seems to think he knows more.   sorry carlos,  you have no brains.  if you want to make these scam artists stop, file a complaint online, use their phone number and it will catch up to them eventually.  you get results in numbers, so if they dont conform to the law, then file a complaint against them.  a letter to the attorney general is best.  watch your mail Mr Carlos want to be a manager.....your complaint will be done today.  i would suggest that you follow regulation, but you need a small amount of brains to do that....something you dont have.  your the most pathetic person i have spoken to in a while. i feel sorry for a person like you.

Also got this unwanted junk mail auto warranty scam.  Has a bunch of mumbo jumbo about interest rates and other useless info as stated in previous posts.  Does not even have a address listed.  This is another in the never ending parade of junk mail warranty scams.  Do not waste your time with these.  Just throw them in the trash or feed them to your shredder where they belong.

Letter from "FT. Lauderdale, FL". No real return address. No other contact info, other than the 800 number. Absolutely a scam.

Keep getting these for a family member. I just rip them up. So according to the letter, I face a $2k fine and up to 5 years in prison. I think I'm going to call them and request that they get their lawyers to prosecute me for that. What's more fun is the Maltego, Vega, and Nmap scans I ran on what entities I found surrounding this number. All seems to lead to a url of vscadministrationcenter.com with the IP address 216.70.96.130 (web321 - wordpress). The Vega scan showed several interesting vulnerabilities to their website domains. Through some digging and footprinting I found a lot of e-mail addresses which I intend to contact & confirm they sent the letter by having them verify that they are the "company" that sent it, before I have some fun with them :-)  Not that it really bothers me, but it is fun to fire back at mail spammers with some old fashioned karma.

The car I got contacted about was the Toyota Yaris I bought my son for his graduation. The dealership is a subordinate of Southeaster Toyota. Any Toyota sold south of Virginia and east of Alabama is sold by one of "these puppet dealers."  My "dealer" REFUSED to sell me a Toyota factory extended warranty. Insisted I buy Southeastern Toyota's instead.  I refused.

The dealership hounded me about it after the sale. At this point my information got sold to " VSC Administration"  ( I bought a REAL factory extended warranty through a Toyota dealer in Sioux City. Full retail, but at least it was the REAL THING and not a Southeastern Toyota  Super Baloney Pseudo Warranty.)

So, AVOID dealing with the nice people at 800-335-1522   A N D   Southeastern Toyota...

Omg!!!!! I called these people since my warranty is due and i received this in the mail. I thought iit was a legit company. So, she gets on the phone (Christy) and asked me if ***-***-**** was my phone number, my name, my make & model car, etc. I said yes, she then sends me to a guy who asked me if my car is running properly in order to get new car coverage, he says, "when your done you need to let Christy know if your aaccepting or declining our coverage. I told him i wasn't going to be able to get anything today that i was just getting a quote. So he then sends me back to this b**ch. She says "lord, Jesus, please help this lady get a price she can afford lord. Let her drive as safely as possible with our coverage"(LOL!!!). She then says she can give me new car coverage for $500 right now and 203 a month for 15 months!! I told her i could not do that anf she literally started PANICKING!!! She said well hold on and comes back with 200$ now and $200 a month etc.  Told her i couldn't do anything until i spoke with my husband i would have to call at a later time. She said "mam, please do not hang up. I need you to do me a favor and call your husband on 3-way RIGHT NOW. I have plenty of time to wait. But i can't give u this deal later!" So i said hold on and i hung the phone up and called my dealership. While on the phone with them she calls me 4 times!!!!!! She then leaves a voicemail saying "Shara, i really need to talk to you right now. I went to battle for you a good quote. You need to get this warranty. Call me at blahblahblah # and extention blah. You have to do this, please for me" WHAT IN THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE DOING AND WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO SCAM PEOPLE?!! Imagine the people that fall for these scam artist?!?! I dare them to call me again. Im sooo glad i read all of your comments and didn't fall into their trap. Thank u!!! Going to Better Business Bureau website now.

    Tired of the bs
Received the same junk as listed in the other complaints. Did a little searching. Link below is to the "F" rated company "VSCADMINISTRATIONCENTER.COM" operating under other names such as NAVISS - http://www.navissdirect.com/

    http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/e ... is-mo-310421762#

Here's the "Who is" info on the company. A search here shows this brainiac, David Simpson - admin phone of 636-369-7787, has registered over 300 different web sites in an attempt to perpetuate his wonderful activity. Feel free to give him a call!

This is more than likely a scam. I would report the number to the FTC and FCC,  so hopefully the authorities investigate them. Be sure to also take that post card and give it to your local postal inspector.

Just got another junk mail telling me the warranty on my brand new car has expired.  Same info as above posts and better respond within five days.  This is an obvious scam.  If you get a junk mail like this, do not call them or buy a "warranty" from them.  Throw the junk mail in the recycling bin or put it in the shredder. If you need a car warranty, be a smart consumer. Research a company with the BBB and deal with a reputable company.  Any company that has to get customers by sending out junk mail with no info on the company-address, etc. is one to avoid.

I tried calling the 1 800 number and it says your call cannot be completed as dialed. I dialed this number 4 times. They got my debit card number and took a 150.00 dollars off of it without my knowledge. Iam really upset about this. This company needs to burn in hell

Here is what you need guys.

I did a blog post on these guys here
    http://privacology.com/wp/the-choice-of-choice-is-still-elusive/

The company starts with these guys who owns the product
    http://www.efgcompanies.com

When I sent a postal opt out to them they told me they aren't the DB owners, but only the product offer. in their letter I was given 1-877-838-3322 ext. 8703 to call them back on which I did. From there I asked them for a contact number to contact the DB owners and was given 314-447-3538. When I called that number, I asked her for a postal address and she gave me

    P.O Box 28248
    St Louis Mi 63132

but supposedly doesn't have a web address or other contact.

From there I was able to find VSC Administration Center at this address on google
10176 Corporate Square Dr Ste 240
    Saint Louis, MO 63132

From there it was owned by NAVISS LLC http://www.navissdirect.com/privacypolicy.html#OptOut

Almost everything to have contact wise is hidden, but some sleuthing you can get it.

    Hope this helps!
