A personal buisness matter. I am a stay at home mom I don't have many personal buisness matters and I tried to call back a machine picks up and never says who it is. It confuses me because I thought it could be collections but I have no outstanding bills. Huh?

Received a voice mail from a Natalie Martin stating to call her back at this number on a personal business matter.

Somebody is calling from this number about the personal business matter. I can't find

I took call for my girlfriends son from a Vicki Davis
Said it was personal matter
Business name Graygil all one word. No information found on internet.
Sounds like another sub collection agency.
Not saying it is, but other companies have same mo and are not 100% legal.
They buy out dated accounts and use bully tactics to get money not legally owed.

Please if this is your first contact with these types of calls know your rights and log each call getting name, time and any high pressure tactics, and trust me they go from sweet to intimidating in a heart beat.

Becky Price regarding a personal business matter. It is Gragil Associates. A debt collector. Trying to collect on a debt I have never heard of. Check the statute of limitations laws in your state BEFORE you call them back. If the statute of limitations is up on the debt they are claiming to try to collect, then tell them so when you call them back. "The statute of limitations on this debt has run out. Do not contact me again." and hang up!

Jean White called and left message, saying personal business matter, not a sales or telemarketing call.  Left business hours.  I have no outstanding debt, so not calling her back.  Let them write to me if they need to talk to me so badly.

We get a call like this, but they give several numbers and when we talk to someone they get angry when we try to get information about what they are calling about.

Natalie called and wouldnt say what it was about just that she was calling from graygil (sp?) associates. Showed up as a Hanover, Ma number on my caller ID 781-709-1300

This is Grabil Collection Agency located in the Boston area. They say "this is regarding a personal business matter" when they leave a message.

The called and left a  message ... Holly Howard, regarding an "important business matter, and I am not a telemarketer".

They called my mother's home for me. Have no idea where they would get that number to reach me since I haven't lived there in 10 years.

"a good friend of hers"  called back, machine is generic message with business hours, no other info

Call the 800 number when you are at a pay phone. Leave a pleasant message and let them pay for the call.
