It's a debt collector used or probably owned by Verizon. Verizon is not your friend ever. I am trying to have my day in court in front of a Judge who can see the evidence against them for breach of contract. I paid for a service I never recieved and after informing them and refusing to keep paying for nothing and trying to resolve this issue even with their attorneys. I get nonstop calls from this debt collector even on weekends and holidays!  I even expolained at length to them and the first thing they said "how would you like to arrange a payment today?!?!..... I replied " just send it directly to my home address". They still call.

They called again asking for somebody named Terrel.  I explained that I am not Terrel nor do I know any Terrels and I have had this phone number for over a year.  Hopefully they will quit calling me first thing in the morning.

this is a bill collector - it actually came up on my caller id as "Bill C". Clever. Anyway, they called to see if our listed (unfortunately) home number was for a person who happens to have the same last name, or if we knew that person. When I told them no (which is true), she said they would make a note of it and the calls would stop. We'll see.

UCB seems to call our house with lots of different numbers. This one here, plus now also 419-794-9091, and I have also noticed they use local numbers as well. I made the mistake of picking one up (I usually don't answer if I don't know who it is) and was told it was UCB. If you do a a search in reverse lookup it comes up as VOIP Boston (In my case they were using Boston local voip numbers). They are certainly clever, and persistent, if nothing else.

Just stated they are with United Debt Collection. No other information except phone number.

Call me   trying to collect on a 22yr bill I do not owe

This is a collection agency(mostly on old / new hospital bills) UCB Collections. I don't answer. When I get it they'll get it. If the hospital in question fixed me up correctly the first time, I wouldn't have to keep going back. I have no more sick days left so I have no money to pay. Sorry I didn't mean to go that deep. Just venting!!!!

I do not owe anyone anything.  They seem to have an unlimited supply of numbers - I will block them all.  This is phishing - a scam.

he wanted last four of ss # or address to give any info. he did answer me about who he was...a bill collector. i would not answer his questions just told him, i don't owe anyone anything. also told him i thought this was a scam. he hung up

Collection agency UCB, I have no idea why they are calling- scammers no doubt!

This number just called, rang once and voicemail about bill collection. No outstanding balances on bills. Cell service is through verizon

I got two calls from them, one just this am.....United Debt Collection....automated, doesn't say who they are looking for and to call back.  Not doing it.  They can call til the cows come home and unless they tell me why they are calling and for whom, I'm not answering.

Was an automated call...said they were from United Debt Collections, didn't say who they were looking for and to call back a different no.   I'm not calling anyone back.

I've gotten this message a few times. Caller says his name is Mike, gives the spiel that he's calling to collect a debt and gives the number. My bills are current. My phone doesn't even ring, or show it as a missed call. It goes right to voicemail. Not calling back as I also believe it's a scam.

He says hes a national debt collector.  What is that? I havent birrowed from any foreign  countries that i can remember

This call showed up as Account Services when I missed the call. I called the number back and they said the were UCB, I have no idea who they are or what they wanted.

They just called me saying they are the United bill collected I read people say it’s Verizon but I don’t own Verizon money. I havnt had there services in years

Leaves message to call but does not the identify the company they were trying to collect from. I just ran my credit report and did not see any bad debt. He did not address me by name. After seeing these reviews, I did not call back. I blocked the number.

Do not know who this is. Says debt collector.  Im out of a job due to pandemic!!!! I don't owe anyone
