I am receiving calls every week 3-4 times from 1-800-345-6563 & 1-866-803-4839, they are asking my credit card information for verizon bill where I do not have any payment due. I contacted Checkfee / PhoneChargeinc.com but they have no knowledge of my account and no one is able to stop this scam phone call to my number.
Please help.

Hi, I have received actual bills from Verizon for accounts I never had, with the same number on it. I guess I won't call it, since it sounds like they will start calling me! Who do we need to contact?

I received a fax from these people, acting as if I was behind on Verizon phone bill, for my fax machine. Verizon really did a favor here. They are publishing a designated fax number as my house number.Anyway, I get this call from 845-620-4700 on caller id on fax line, then a poorley designed letter trying to get me to call with credit card info to catch up on Verizon Phone Bill. They photocopied a Verizon word in upper right corner. Too bad Verizon logo is colored, and same as TV commercials.

I got a call from this service aswell..its interesting cause there is no record of me owing a bill.

I am getting billed from this  number.  FSI_MCI is listed.  Who  is this?

i also got the bill mailed to me and i also didnt have any bill due under my name. did anybody got any call from credit reporters before??

i have a transaction on my bill from fsi*verizon at 800 345-6563 tx. i don't know what the transaction is for. i tried getting thru to get understanding but i could not get thru.

Same thing here.  My credit card showed a posting of over $400.  The site alledgedly requesting this payment was listed as  "Fsi*verizon+Bmc$3.50800-345-6563Tx.   Calling this number will not give you any options other then to give them your telephone number and account number.  It will not direct you to a person for assistance.  Being a former criminal investigator, this is bogus all the way.

MY COMPANY HAS A CHARGE OF OVER $1000.00 FOR FSI*VERIZON+BMC.  WHAT IS IT?

I was charged a bill from this # that is not mine.  They will not answer the phone

My message came to my work phone. Checked with Verizon they don't have my work number on file. I was told to call 1-866-803-4839 or go to the web page. My service was about to be interrupted etc. Verizon verified that I  don't owe them any thing.

I called Verizon and found out that I had made a payment by phone when I was already on the Verizon's automatic payment plan.  As a result, I have a large credit on my account.
The verizon agent told me the "FSI*Verizon" means a bill was paid by phone.  Also there was a "+BMC$3.50" shown next to the "FSI*Verizon".  She told me that's the $3.50 they charge if you pay by phone instead of online or by automatic payment.
The "FSI*Verizon+BMC$3.50" is not a scam.  It's the code system Verizon uses.  They do need to provide for a way to talk with a real person.

I received a charge to my bank account for $123.32 that had this phone number associated with it. Tried to call to question it & as others have already reported, I couldn't get through to anyone. Filed a dispute for fraudulent charges w/my bank.

Who did you call at Verizon? I tried calling Verizon Wireless & they couldn't do anything to help me.

I received my credit card bill. there was a charge form Verizon with this 800-345-6563 for $293.
Since I never used Verizon phone/cable service before and now, I could not figural it out what was this charged for. So I called the number, and I couldn't go through it, because I do not have Verizon acct# and phone# to reach an representative.  I then called Verizon official phone line to ask about this charge. An representative told me she won't able to help me since I am not Verizon's customer. They are also not able to check by transaction date or the amount to find out what was this charge for.
So I have to call my credit card co. to do the investigation on this.

I had the same charge to my account fsi verizon... called the number and got the robot lady... tried different account numbers and got no where. Had to file a claim with my bank and have my card destroyed and reissued.

reviewed my online bank account and saw this # tried calling to ask about it and no help anywhere..

If your phone service provider can't help you with this, file a dispute with your bank for a fraudulent charge.

My credit card shows a charge of $365, it appears to be from Verizon: "Fsi*verizon+Bmc$3.50 800-345-6563Tx. As previous postings suggested, it must be a scam. The number doesn't get you anywhere. I never pay my Verizon bill by credit card, I don't owe Verizon anything. I will call my bank to dispute the charge.  

I got a call and message left on the mobile phone. At first i am about to call them. When I search for the scam number 1 866 803 4839 it showed all of the explaination. I rechecked with my bank. The bill was paid last two weeks ago with no problem. I think i will report this to Verizon.
