- Lisa replies to Angela FordThese people called my parents house today for my husband sating he left them down as a reference and that they were calling from the FCC. Spoke perfect English so I'm sure it was an American who left the message.
- RachaelCalled by EJ with One Click from 800-349-9418 ex. 815. He told me that my mother used me as a reference because she couldn't take calls herself (not true). Asked me to write down his number and have her call them back. He wouldn't explain why other than it was personal information.

- Ivettegot the call this morning and caller named Aisha x765 said to call her back but it was all mumble on the company name but very clear on my name and the call back phone number.
- SecretaryLike the "Receptionist", we were also plagued with calls from this company. They would call and ask for the employee several times a day. I told them not to call here; to take our number off their list. They said they would call a thousand times a day until we let them talk with this employee. I told them I had contacted the FTC & our Attorney General (which is definitely the right thing to do), they became very ugly. I had a 50 second message on our voice mail that was so vulgar, I could not bring myself to listen to the entire diatribe. They were vicious, including a statement that they were coming to get me - and do things to me personally. Horrible, horrible people! Do not go to an online company and ask for a payday advance - I know that is how this started!

- Tnwiser replies to AngelaMy bank account had to be closed. I had talked to the bank about this company and even showed them what I had borrowed and I had paid that plus the interest they told me up front. The bank also said I needed to just stop payment. I said I need a new account number but I was told they would still be able to access it. OCC never got any more money but the bank charged me for two more overdrafts but at least did not send them any more money. It was looking like they were just as bad as the scammers, especially since I told them what OCC was doing.so I just closed it and went to another bank. I have not changed my phone number - that will be in a couple of months, but they still call me at work; I paid the loan off 5 years ago! and yes I did talk to them early on, but they said I was still not finished paying them. with their deductions from my account, I calculated I paid over $1200 in interest for a $300 loan. If they want to come after me, come ahead. I have all my statements still and welcome a chance in court.
- Alexander ZThis is a Big Scam I am not sure why the feds don't do something about it..
But since I do work for a Security Entity I think I will be looking into this through Our affiliates..- Caller: O.C.C.

- KBThis company called my cell phone, this guy named Jason who speaks with a slight southern accent leaves a voicemail saying "I want to help you, please give me a call back:, blah blah blah, my loan with OCC was paid back in 2009, I changed bank accounts since then too. I am not calling this clown back. This may be a scam, this time by an American rather than an Indian/Asian.

- ViksyI have a California number, I thought telemarketers weren't supposed to call before 9 am??? I got a call at 5:30 in the morning from this number!
- Annette Delinqua replies to ReceptionistYeah I got a call from our friends at occ, aka one click cash, aka not getting your money back suckazz!!!
One click cash was taken to task by several states, one of them being Cali, so they can no longer go in to your account via ach transaction. Their only recourse is to ask you to send them a check or money order, etc...to pay the outstanding balance. They can't even put it on your credit report. Not that you have good credit anyway; or you probably wouldn't have gotten mixed up with this shady loan shark that now calls themselves OCC. Don't pay them, they can't do anything, they can't even break your legs.
So glad to be free of these sharks. My health problems led me to them and then the stress of paying them such high premiums added to my poor health. I hope some of us never have to do this again, I know I won't, I learned my lesson about dancing with the devil. - ANONYMOUSGot a call from someone name Brian. He stated it was very important to contact him or face the consequences.

- AOJust got a call from them. Same story, left a message saying "important business matter". Sorry, the important business matter is One Click Cash got taken to the cleaners and now they can't get into your account.
- Bridget| 2 repliesThis is a legit loan company. I dont work for them so dont misconstrue my message. I have taken 2 loans out with them and paid both off i made on time payments. I still get calls from them asking if i would like to take a larger amount out. I refuse to use their service unless i am about to be living under a bridge. On a 600$ loan they were making 500$ off of me in interest. Its not worth it. Long story short they are not trying to illegally scam you and all "debt" collecters use scare tactics even though they arent supposed to . Just answer the freaking phone ask them what they want it might be that some one used you as a reference. If you dont owe them any money it shouldnt be an issue. If you took out a loan pay it back. you never know when you might need to use them again.
