- RosieAfter numerous annoying robotic calls claiming an emergency stating my Microsoft Windows license had expired, my granddaughter and I decided enough was enough. The weekends are our time together. She is an adorable five year old, that is probably way too much like her grandmother for her own good. As cute as she is, her ear piercing screech is a million times stronger. Well, given the annoyance of those calls, maybe the wrath of a five year might be just what they need. Well, the first time she called, she kind of wimped out and just told them they shouldn't try to take peoples money, but they started making fun of her. She hung up on them. The she called them back, with a fire in belly, and gave them the business! The third time, she waited for them to answer, and let out the longest, most shrill, ear piercing shrill I have ever heard in my life. Bless her heart, she is just like her grandma!!

- MatI received multiple calls from this number with a robo message saying my Microsoft License Key was about to expire and that it's an emergency that I call them back. I'm not sure about you, but a computer not working isn't an emergency by my definition and I'm sure Mr. Bill Gates would agree. How do I know this is a scam? I don't own a working computer (I know, I know - my office job is enough computer time for this wannabe hippie) so therefore my Microsoft license isn't expiring. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN ANSWERING CALLS FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS.
- Vicki MartinClaims to be Microsoft and that your key code has expired and that your computer will stop working.

- Mactaz replies to GoldieLocks| 1 replyThey are still using this number. I have been getting calls for over a year! Even when I was talking to a "live" person and kept telling me to stop calling they would continue to call. I finally told them I was submitting a complain to the FCC and now I get the recordings, sometimes 5-6 times per day! I am sick and tired of this! I'm so done with this...going to complain to the FCC!

- Jim T. replies to JAH| 3 repliesThis is what bothers me, I just rolled by pc back to Windows 7 after learning that Dell doesn't support drivers on my old ~ 2010 computer, figure Win 7 is good for another 3 years, I'll deal with it then. So yes, got these calls 3 today 2/4/17. Is that a concidence? or do they know when someone's updating their pc? At the same time I was getting OS generated message on my pc saying I needed to activate my OS license which I just did. That seemed pretty legit, eg Start/right click/computer etc. to get OS message and it was there. Are they intercepting this somehow? Anyway, had enough sense to google the number and confirm that it was a scam, but the concidence bothers me, someone somehow intercepting or seeing the Windows updates?
