Got a call at 2:00 pm on my mobile phone.  I did not recognize the number, so I did not answer.  The caller did not leave a message.

I tried this on my landline and it worked.  It is a FREE 411 for Cell phones that I have used for years.  I don't know if I will be charged for the use on my landline.  If I am I will post that when I get my next bill.  I noticed one person said it showed up on her phone bill, but didn't say if she was charged for it. Farther down the page someone has made a comment that tells all about this number.  I remember that I had heard this info before, but had forgotten about the ads that sometimes come up.   Fair for using it for FREE.

There is zero reason this number should be calling out to people. It is an advertiser supported 411 service. It relies on people calling it and should never call anyone.
It disconnected when the voicemail message picked up. I have blocked incoming calls from this number.

This is, yet another, scammer spoofing their number. I note; however, this scammer just told me about the 411 service and my blocker doesn't prevent me calling out to this number! Ha-HA!

I received a fraudulent medical bill.  When calling the number on the invoice they did everything and anything to get a credit card number, including offering a 100$ gift card for a small fee of 5$.  I was hung up on numerous times, always after telling them I was not interested in anything but resolving my invoice.  I finally confirmed with the insurance company, my provider, and their 3rd party billing, that the bill was paid.  I called back one last time, informing them I confirmed the bill was paid.  I was told to call 800-373-3411.  When I call this number I get put into a recorded loop that has nothing to do with medical billing.  After many calls and complaints, they flipped me off (literally).  Now when I call the number on the invoice it connects me to the real  professional billing company who confirmed in less than 2 minutes the bill has been paid.  And they didn't try to sell me anything.  Imagine that....... sigh.
Bottom line, someone got hacked, the phone number was being slammed (rerouted), and they gave me the 800 number above to resolve my account.  I don't know if this 800 number is legit, but some fraudulent company is giving it out.  If solicited to call this number, I would not call it back.  Also, if you receive a medical bill that claims no payment by your insurance company, call your provider and your insurance company.  Do not EVER assume a medical bill is legit.

This is a free USA 411 look up service then why do they call me perhaps a spoof number to appear to be them

Number came up on my caller ID as Ruth Bryant. I let it go to answering machine and computer was 'selling' everything from carpet/tile/wood/duct cleaning. It said to push '2' to get a person/quote and to push '9' to get off 'their' list.

SCAMMERS 1st Class.....in two days we have received 17 calls from all bogus numbers

Have had this call multiple times in the past 2 years,"get your carpets cleaned for just $9.95 per room, yes only $9.95 per room, press ____ to speak to one of our agents..." or words to that effect.

I had a voice mail left and It's a sales call about having your carpet and grout cleaned

They called at 6:15 am,,,,jerks,,,did not answer and now over two hours later I have a message, will just delete it

Shows up as "Ruth Bryant" with the number 800-373-3411. Calls and hangs up. No message. Junk/spam/scam caller. Blocked
