Overall, I AM impressed ... I did NOT say I was favorably impressed.  In fact, very UNfavorably iimpressed with the info I've found.

Yet more shilling for a outfit I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Again, I wouldn't do business with a company so sleazy as to have shills post for them, major red flag..

FB, you clearly don't understand how BBB ratings work. Here's a quick primer:

A+    This company pays its BBB membership fees and responds to all BBB complaints. And by "responds" we don't mean "resolves" – any kind of response will do.

A     As above, only company sometimes doesn't respond at all.

A-    As above, only company never responds.

B+    Company occasionally verbally abuses complainers.

B     Habitual complainer's parentage questioned.

B-    Company occasionally tracks down complainers and gives them a wedgie.

C+    Complainers may get roughed up a bit. Just slapped around a little. Know what I mean?

C     You have any family? Any kids? Any loved ones? Yeah we thought you'd see it our way.

C-    No one can prove we did that. Probably a total coincidence.

D+    That employee has been dismissed now.

D     We'd like to remind you that we've never been convicted of a felony.

D-    You can't prove anything if you haven't found the body.

F     The check bounced.

Agreed, the bbb is about as useless as trying to locate shills by the spoofed number.
However, you can make use of the comment box on the bbb site. We were able to get a shills B+ to a C- then finally reduced to “no rating“, by giving the bbb good info on exactly what the crooks were up to.

No one, NO ONE, comes to 800 notes because they are happy with their phone call. Who does a search on the phone number of a company after the fact? Noooobody! (With apologies to "Bad Boy Furniture") It makes "Spot the Shill" so easy.
