- mattsame deal with me. i got a random charge on my account from extra path for $8.87. i reported it as fraud and had my bank cancel my card. does anyone know how this person could have gotten this information?
- stevie tThis company billed me a bogus $8.63. Sounds to me like internet fraud which equals jail time. I call the number and it's a voice mail with a computerized voice.
- Irritate cardholder| 1 replyI got a charge on my Bk of America Visa card for $8.34. What a hassle to have to cancel my card! I hope they catch them.
- Big Ed replies to Irritate cardholdergot me too, in Tennessee $9.69, what a scam.

- --- replies to birdmanI had a similar charge on my card "EXTRA PATH BROWNWOOD,TX" for $8.67. Calling my bank first thing in the morning.
- Ripped Off| 1 replySame thing here! $9.69 I had to cancel my debit card and get a replacement as well. What a rip off! I know they are probably making bank too cause a lot of people will just chalk it up to forgetfulness and not report it.

- Belinda replies to Ripped OffSame thing happened to me today! Pain t have to get a new card and change all auto-pays. Jerkfaces!
- Sylvia$8.33 on my card today. The bank gave me the time and date of authorization and there was no way I made a purchase. I had to cancel the card. There were actually two unauthorized transactions. I also found the Brownwood Police departments website and sent an email asking them to figure out who Extra Path was.
- KThis number showed up on my credit card also, for nine dollars and sixty some cents. I reported it, and my cc removed it. But they will not put a block on Extra Path. Is there somewhere else to report this fraudulent company?
- Caller: Extra Path
- JI was checking my bank account at around 1:30am today to see if my payroll deposited and I found a POS Withdrawal charge by EXTRA PATH for today as well, with the same phone number and TX as the location. I live in NV and only use my debit card for emergencies. The fraudulent charge was $8.88. I notified my bank and they tried to call the number as well, but it also led to the voice message. Now I am disputing the charge and it's such a hassle for a stupid amount. I hope that "company" gets caught soon to spare everyone else this crap we've all had to go through.

by EXTRA PATH BROWNWOOD,TX - Irritated| 1 replyI had a charge of $9.48 go through my account on Friday. I decided to google the number and found all of this information. I reported it to the bank and had to cancel by debit card. I use a small, locally owned bank, and they unfortunately do not dispute items under $15.00. I have reported the information to them and to local authorities. The information was the same as everyone else, the 800 phone number from Extra Path in TX. Crappy people suck!
- bobby| 1 replygot a bill for a charge on a card I have not used for a year. only charge on the bill. haven't got a bill for a year. now I get a charge for $8.67 for auto parts at Extra Path in Texas. phone # 800 691-8539, but when I call, the # hasen't been enabled yet...? How many more people wouldn't notice this scam charge on their bill?
- KJW replies to Larry| 1 replySame thing here. Reported it as fraud and closed the card...
- t-ed off!! replies to IrritatedThe charge on my account was for $8.88 on 1-7-2009. Called the bank, canceled the card, and will be reimbursed that amount from the bank. I would love to find out who these people really are, so that we could have a "chat"..... I would also be really interested in finding our "common link", so that we could find out how these creeps got our info. My bank said that the card wasn't present, but that they used the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. The only time I have given that out was to AT&T, paying my last bill to them recently (which didn't post, so I had to do it again). Might not be any connection, but it sure makes me wonder. I live in MO, and haven't traveled much in the past year. Any other ideas???
- JimG replies to DianeSame here for $9.62 Phone - 800-691-8529. I called and the message said the number had not yet been activated. To call customer service to activate the number. Will be faxing the dispute to the CC Company tomorrow.
- ann replies to KJWDitto here. I'll report to Sec'y of State office on Tuesday. Had to block my debit card which will cause me hours of effort with auto-pay accounts next week! It's not the $8.87, it's the principle!
