Our bank had about 1700 debit cards compromised by the Heartland hackers, so I checked my personal credit cards and found a charge for $9.22 on 1/5/2009 by "Extra Path 800-3858413 TX".  The number is "not active yet", so we called to cancel our CC and dispute the charge.

Charged $9.76 on December statement could not recall making the charge and thought I just forgot. (That's what happens when you get older)  News report yesterday about Heartland CC processor having their transactions skimmed started me searching and here I am with the rest of you.

    annoying
Charged 9.22 on 12/28 on my business card.  Called bank, had the pleasure of talking to 3 different customer support people (all very nice), got to say my mom's maiden name thrice (security password), reported the charge as fraud and cancelled current card.  I am surprised Chase and BofA don't already know about this, or if they do, they aren't saying.

Charge for $8.34 on my credit card by EXTRA PATH 800-3858413 TX.  Had to cancel my card, like so many other people.  There seem to be a few web pages for these people, though their home page isn't accessible.  Here's their "contact" page showing the same inactive phone number:  http://extrapath.com/contactus.html -- Also gives a street address in Chicago which is probably just as bogus.  I used this credit card to download an adult movie from excaliburfilms.com not too long before this charge.  Anyone had a similar experience?

The site is definitely a scam as well. Notice when you add an item to your cart and go to check out, there is not an "s" following http. This means its not secure. I can't believe these [***] would actually make a website after all of the complaints. Man I hope someone catches these guys

I had mine stolen also.  And Erie Computer is the only company that I've done business with that I would suspect as the thief.  With the card compromised I only did business with 2 other vendors in the past 6 months and they are VERY reliable vendors.

Anyone else on here get it stolen and did business with Erie Computer?
