    1-800-391-4998 I got a voicemail from this Rex/city lenderers but there was no phone cal???? Very weird. Voicemail said they sent me papers to refinance my car loan. I do not have a car loan or any loan and don’t have the credit to so either. I think this is a phisher call. You call and get them all your infor to reorganize your loan thinking alright I’m going to save some $$ and then your in for a Wild Wild ride and it’s not going to be a good ride
