- TM| 1 replyI have now received two voice mails from the this company. One was a female and the other a male. I called the guy back today since he unfortunately sounded sincere and had to leave a VM. The person who transferred me sounded like she was from another country and she didn't speak great english. I will play along next time they call to see what he has to say. Sorry no info given out unless I have all the facts. I do remember entering a contest for a vehicle a couple different times at places but I highly doubt I am being selected as a finalist. I bet everyone who entered was selected as a finalist.

- wise in MinnesotaThis company is a fraud! Do not take their calls. Shut them down! They lure you in with the promise of prizes and winnings and are after people that make over 45,000 per year. It is all about your income. If you are a single male you can not win. Was told this by some guy names Russell. He told me to make up a girlfriend, as it was the only way I could win.

- Wise in Minnesota replies to TMI was told that everyone is a finalist that meets the specifications. It is apparently on the back of the entry form? I was also told it took them four years to give the last truck away! SCAM!!
- ASSumeNothingJust got this same voicemail from "Star" stating she was from Midwest Outdoors and I had registered to win a 4-wheeler or $5,000 in cash (yeh right) and (of course) I was selected as a "finalist" and I need to call her back "right away" so she can get more information ... I may have been born at night, but it sure wasn't last night ....

- alyssaSorry it's not a scam they arrnt a time share!! just family camp grounds Minn. And here in .sd. they've given away the 20,000 twice already and several atvs and fourwheelers . You get the gift cards just for coming in and they even offer a free stay in their park . So it's not a scam or time share . Odds are way better than a lottery !! And you have to enter before you can be called read the entry form ! It tells u on there in black n white. I liked my prizes loved our stay at camp ground and the staff. Is wonderful

- SamSomebody named Ted left me a message to call him back at this number. I could not understand what it was about because there was a lot of background noise. Sounds like a bunch of high school kids with a phone book and nothing better to do with their time.

- Karen| 6 repliesWent to their presentation the other day in Bloomington. They don't sell timeshares, but sell a membership for several thousand dollars. The whole thing lasted 2 hours, but we got a free PC tablet and a voucher for a 2-night hotel stay. Not too bad for gifts. They weren't too pushy or annoying, and were decent when we said we weren't interested. They wished us well and gave us a handshake. I recommend going for the gifts.

- upsetvet| 3 repliesI just got this call from Brittany from mid west outdoor resorts, different number than what is posted here!
The number is 1-605-399-7862, I was told that im a finalist in a drawing for and f150 pick up and $20,000....well i never gave them any of my information, and i just listened to the speil., but somehow all my information was on there and it all was correct, it makes a person wonder how they actually got my information in the first place? Inever enter anything nor do i ever give out any of my information! So im gonna check it out this weekend, then im most likely going ot report this to the better business bureau, seems to good to be true! If you never enter how could you win? or how would they have my information? It makes a person wonder what in the hell is actually going on! - donald ault replies to Karen| 5 repliesI went through the PowerPoint presentation. I didn't buy anything, but kind of wish I had... Just not sure id use it enough. The gifts are good, everything they promised. I find it funny that everyone that complains on this post want the gifts for nothing. They told me up front if i listen to their pitch I'd get gifts, i listened, i got gifts (cool tablet)- its legitimate- the only time you get something for nothing is when you dont want to work and dont want to take responsibility for your actions- then you get government assistance!
- haywood jablomy replies to donald ault| 2 repliesThey aren't really "gifts" if they're not free! It's better if they were called "premiums" or "incentives."
- yeah right replies to haywood jablomyA better name would be "turd".
- gemston replies to upsetvethow was it?
- previous employeeMidwest outdoor resorts is a very legitimate buisness, not a scam they just want to let people know about their resorts and company. As far as getting calls over and over again if you never answer they have to call back. If you never fill out an entry form and get a call then someone put your entry form in for you this is the only way they get the info is from an entry form. And details of participation are on the back of the entry form. Yes they will offer a membership to you at the presentation, but you are not under obligation to buy anything. Personally if you put your name addy and phone number on anything why wouldn't you read it completely. The people that are calling are just doing their jobs..don't be mad at them for trying to help you win some complimentary gifts or complimentary camping.

Look up their winners circle page - MemberAll of you come here and question wether or not it's a scam, have you bothered to look them up on BBB or their website www.midwestoutdoorresorts.com ? It is not a scam, it is a legit business and I liked what they had to say/offer. By the way, they are not telemarketers the people that call don't sell anything.

- To good to be trueGot a call from midwest outdoor from Tanya that I was the finalist for the ford at the valleyview mall in lacrosse , wi, she went over my paper I put in for the drawing and apparently wasn't impressed with my annual income and by the end of the phone call she said my name gets put back into the drawing and if picked again someone will call. Well they said I was the finalist in the drawing, sounds like discrimination to me.

- UKIDDINME| 1 replyJust got a call from Casey saying yeah, I'm a finalist in their 4x4 drawing - they were at the Black Hills Stock Show in Rapid City the beginning of February 2014. No plans to call them back. I don't have time for sales tactics like this!
