Not a scam.  My company uses this lab for DOT drug screens.  They call when there may be issues or concerns with testing.

This is not a scam, this is a MRO (Medical Review Officer) who calls to confirm positive drug screenings. If you do not respond within a specified period of time, these results will be reported to whomever paid for your drug screen as "positive".

It's in your best interest to respond to them. Please know that they already have your SSN, DOB, Specimen Number, etc from the form which you signed at the testing site when you submitted your urine sample.

First we should take the word of someone who tested "positive"?  Second, people look up things because they don't know or want to know more.  Now here we have you who seemingly knows everything there is to know about this number, yet you looked it up anyway.  Now why would you do that?

Got a call, had a concern with pre-employment drug screen.  They asked for specimen ID or SSN.  Gave them ID, then verified a medication I take and pharmacy filled by.  They put me on hold, came back online and let me know it cleared and I would clean bill of health on drug screen to employer.  Employer called 2 hours later with start date.  Definitely NOT A SCAM.  They work with HireRight.

That is a cruel thing to say. Some people take legitimate, needed prescriptions. I tested positive, which is why they called, duh. This is not a scam, it's legit. And no one asked for my social, just first and last name.

Well, the fallacy there is that when you take a drug test, they ask you what prescriptions you are on.  Then they know what to look for.

This was from an Asian lady, almost robotic in tone. I called and they didn’t ask for ss# but did know the company I was applying with. They told me the Dr. Was gone for the day so to call back the following Monday....  I guess it could be bs just trying to get me to pay for a re-test.

Yep, this is still happening.  I got a call today, 2/28/2020.  Took a pre employment drug screen three days ago through Quest Diagnotics.  I’ll bet they’ve been hacked, or they’ve got a bad actor on the inside.

I had a call / message from this company after a drug test over 2 weeks ago. I have called them back over 10 times on multiple days and all I get is a record to hold for next rep. I would like to clear this up. Any suggestions?
