I have been calling back for days with only a recording asking me hold. Held for 30 min one day. Have not heard back. Any suggestions?

That person posted back in 2015 and it is highly doubtful they will be coming back to answer your questions.
 Perhaps try calling your Dr. or whomever you went to for the screening.

I got sane call. I sent screen shot to my new employer. Said if legit please have them email or call with direct #. I am on Norco but ofcourse can supply documents.

I'm always leary with 800#'s

I had the same experience but I was told at the time I was screened that only my employer would get the results so I googled the number and read about all these attempted scams. I reported it to the FTC. I have to say I can’t help but think that the labs are in on these scams
