Received another phone call from this number today. They have now called 3 to 5 times in the past month.
I did not answer the phone, and they did not leave a message on my answering machine.
My caller id reads this phone number as "toll free call"

i’m almost certain that this is a robocall attempt from telemarketing scammers.
I will report this number to the free service that blocks and will "stop robocalls and telemarketers."
this should help me and others in the future.

I missed the call, but in fact I did not miss anything. Anyway I would have not answered. They left no message. I will call tomorrow San Diego Gas and Electric to let them know about this pest. I bet they are the same who call using the PG&E 800 phone number.  They must love utilities.

I called SDG &E and they know about this and apparently know who may be using their phone number, meaning we're crime victims who have the right to know who is harassing us and they need to get the police involved! Seems they're just letting it drag on!

Recorded message about solar power -- I am neither a SDG&E customer nor do I live in one of their service areas.

Solar Scammer spoofing SDGE customer service number.

This SDG&E phone number is being used by VOIP scam caller. Pretending to be California Energy Conservation pre-record message. When hit one to talk to rep they are not skilled callers and mess it up bad. Easy to see through the reason for call. Know this, no electricity company or government agency will every call you to suggest solar for your home.

My truecaller app blocked this call. Say SDGE SD as identifier. Live in Los Angeles, not in San Diego.

It's safe to assume that this is a spoofed caller ID, since none of us live anywhere near San Diego.
