I agree!  These should be outlawed and any and all outstanding loan balances should be voided out.  What a ripoff!  I know - I was stuck for 3 years in hell with these people.  I am now going to court and will pay through the nose but I learned my lesson.  Nearly lost everything!!

I just got a call from them. I didn't answer. They called back again within 5 minutes, I didn't answer. They called again 30 minutes later, I sent it to voicemail. They haven't called back. I called them back to see who it was from my work phone, it's some express cash company.

B.S!!! They need to stop calling, I had removed my # months ago...and yet they still call.

I have asked these people from Ace Cash Express to stop calling me. They call incessantly. I have told them at least twice to stop and remove my number, which I was each time assured they would. The calls stop for a few months and start again. The other day I emailed them and told them to remove my number or I would report them to the BBB. I rec'd a response about an hour later assuring me it would be handled. They just called again this morning, so I reported them to the the Better Business Bureau. Not sure they'll do anything about it, but at least it's on record. I will never use any of Ace's services ever again solely for the reason of them harassing me.

I have never even heard of this place!!! its really annoying. I have never got a cash advance or a loan in my life!.. seriously getting on my nerves.

Tired of getting these calls as I have been on the "do not call" registry since it started. When I finally got a person to talk on the phone, when I asked who they are, they hung up on me. They are cowards. Normally it is just a recording from Ace Cash Advance. I have never done business with them and would never consider it, if they were the only people with money left on earth, just because of their business practices. They need to be shut down. Please, everyone report them if you are on the registry and they continue to call you.

So, if I don't have the money to pay my electric bill and can get the money for a $20 fee without a check bouncing, you are saying it is better to write a check that is going to bounce, pay $35-40 to my bank, pay another $35-40 to the electric company's bank, maybe go to jail for a bounced check, and still get my electricity turned off because I couldn't pay that outragious summer electric bill?

Cash advance places are not the ripoff, banks that charge outragious insufficient funds fees are the ripoffs!

I think I would rather pay the $20 and keep my electric on.

NUMEROUS CALLS FROM 8004193604

I finally sent them a fax and told them that I am the household phone concierge and that they had to get through me to my wife. When they called back, I read them the fax I sent then asked them to hold while I fetched a pencil, and went for a walk. They never called back.

I receive calls from this number 18004193604 multiple times EVERY day. It is getting old. I called it back, found that it was ACE Cash Express. I spoke to a VERY rude lady, who copped quite the attitude when I asked to have my name and number removed from their database. She then told me I will continue to receive calls for up to the next 30 days. I find this unacceptable, and feel it is harrassment. Funny thing is, I have never even gotten a payday loan from ACE Cash Express, and I certainly never well. Gee, let's start harrassing people right before the holidays, that way, we can rip off a larger number of people who need money, and blow up the phones of those who don't. This should be illegal...they should be fined and then pay 300% interest on the find. What a bunch of jerks!

Yes, I usually ignore these calls, thinking it's a bill collector or something, but after reading your comments, I called back. It states "this is Ace Cash Express wanting to thank you for previously being a customer" blah blah blah. I called back 4 times asking to be removed from the call list. They are stubborn and won't take NO for an answer. I finally told them I'd file harassment charges on them if they call again. We will see what happens next.....thank you for your posts! :)

They need to get a life and stop bothering people.

I'm so glad someone has finally identified who this is that is calling.  I get so sick of this number calling my phone.  Thanks again.  Now I know who it is.

Checked my ncidd log to see which phone number was the top rejected (my computer hangs up on them) repetitive calling telemarketing call.  We have a winner--its this number.  It gets one of the limited 10 numbers I can hard block.  :)

These people have been calling my phone relentlessly for months. I have filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and it seems to do no good. I am sick and tired of these people..., why can't the DNCR do something about it?? Seems to me that they aren't doing their job. My last call from this company was at 4:35 and I'm in Fresno, CA.

I keep getting this stupid call, Running up my air time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T know what Do they want. But if they keep calling, I will have a screeninng call and get them in trouble, THAT A SCAM, AND IT MUST STOP!!!!

This number is calling my phone leaving no message.  So annoying and wish it would stop.

I finally answered after marking this in my phone as Ace based on this website.  The girl asked for me by name and I said who's calling and she said she cannot divulge that information until she confirms my identity. So I said sorry and hung up.

Been calling me several times a day and I always let it go to voicemail, but of course they leave none. Today I finally called them back and they asked for "Eureka." I told them, "Wrong number and can you please put me on a do no call list." She said, "Sorry" and hung up.

If it was a collection agency or loan company, these guys are just doing their job: trying to collect. It's the [***] like "Eureka" that give them false information that we should focus our collective hate of 1,000 burning suns upon. :)

It has been awhile but this company is calling both my cell phone and home phone again.  They call my cell phone first and when I don't answer, they immediately call my home phone.  My home phone is a Panasonic and it blocks calls, but haven't figured out how to block my cell phone number.

I don't know how they got my numbers as I have never dealt with them.
