I won a free 2 night cruise to Nassau Bahamas only had to pay $59.00pp for gov.fees total $118.00 called back 10min after I gave my info to cancel was told it takes 48hrs to process in their system but yet the funds were put on hold in less than 10min called my bank right after they said they had to let it go through but will research my complaint. I don't understand my bank I'm calling ahead of time and they have to make me wait till the funds go through is that crazy or what I already feel dumb for believing the scammers but now I feel even dumber

i called today thinking its not a scam, they gave me a website also t check the decks and rooms - caribbeancl.com

but when they asked for my credit card details, i had to ask why am i giving the port fees of bahamas to a united states travel agency over phone - the guy from thsi number for mad and started shouting at me

i live in florida, pretty near to this place and i told him that i will visit their administrative office to book the cruise, he started shouting and kept the phone in a very un-customer rep like manner

these scams suck, thanks to all these reviews, i saved some money

They also send things in the mail.  It is in fact a scam, if you receive this by mail turn it in to the police, preferably in a larger town where they will care.  If you get this or a call from them do what you can to opt out, even threaten their lives if you must (they can't prove it if not in writing so they know, you don't want to hear from them.

    Someone
I got 2 days for 2 cruise to Bahamas + $1300 travel voucher in my mail  just today.

I'm really very cautious with free things, but I must say this time they cought even me!!!
Those vouchers looked so real for me, good job. I even called to my homeland to tell happy news to my Mom and we spoke a half hour about that, I already decided that I will do it with my best friend.

Than I looked at their web-site.
Look, they haven't any address, any names
    http://www.celebrationcl.com/Contact-Celebration-Cruise-Line.htm

Than I googled the address on the envelope, and there are not any administative offices of Carribbean Cruise Line at 7491 W.US. Highway 192, Kissimmee, FL 34746. But just on the corner you can find Disney World, very smart, it makes you feel relaxed LOL

Look here, it's FCCA Member Cruise Lines, they are not in the list
    http://www.f-cca.com/member-lines.html

Than I found this web-site by their number and I finally got that I'm not going to call them! Cheaters!!!!

Thank you all for your reports, even short comment help us to be informed!

I got the offer 1300 voucher plus 2 -night-cruise for 2 people. After discussing with them on the phone (Jul 19th), my husband agreed to pay them $898 more to upgrade the cabin and to add 6 more nights (3 before or after the cruise in orlando or fort lauderdale, and an extra 3 nights in luxury resort in bahamas).

They gave us the booking reference number and password, and the website www.forvacationers.com to check our booking status after 48 hrs. They also gave us the website www.grandcaribbeancl.com to check their company's information because I asked them directly if they are scam (!! :) ). The website is nice but there is no contact number and no address.

After 48 hrs, I went online to check the booking status but... the booking reference is... "not valid". I tried again and again until friday (Jul 23rd), plus reading the information here, I decided to cancel the booking. So, I called them and it took me 40' on hold and being transferred through 4 people before I could speak to the right person. The guy told me that "my husband" needs to call to cancel. Right, my husband did that, it took him about the same time (42') to talk to the right person. The lady tried to persuade him not to cancel the trip, but when my husband insisted to cancel it and speak to her manager, she said "your booking is secured, so you can not cancel it, you can only sell it to someone else". Then she put on hold to discuss with someone, and come back with about $300 discount for the same trip, but NOT CANCEL, and my husband is TALKING TO THE RIGHT PERSON.

At the same time, I contacted my credit card company (AMEX) which I used to pay this trip and asked them to dispute it. Luckily, the credit card company told me that the money came back immediately (I don't know how they can do that, but the Amex lady told me that there might be an agreement between the merchant and Amex).

On the phone, my husband requested to talk to the senior manager, she put him on hold for a few more minutes and some man answered in the other end. After afew more trial to convince, he agreed to cancel it and gave my husband the cancellation number FINALLY. I'm not sure because they are ready to give up, or they know that I can get the refund with Amex even without their agreement.

This is my story. And now is your call. You can decide to travel with them or not.

An example of a SCAM is company offers X in exchange for $Y, then, after accepting $Y, fails to deliver X
In a situation where X is a load of crap not worth anything, or terms and conditions agreed to are restrictive or do not allow fair return of value, its not a SCAM, its a REALLY [***] DEAL.

What these have in common, generally speaking, is that you have to be an idiot to buy into either one.
If you really need that $150 to support your kids, THEN DON'T SPEND IT ON [***]
Next time you want to give your credit card info to somebody, try thinking first, cuz if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is

I received this information in the mail and it had the voucher and everything in it. It seemed legit but i still wasn't sure. I asked my dad to look at it because he being alot wiser than I am would know whether I should pursue it. Sure enough he found this forum and that it was just another scam. Glad I didn't fall for that one well glad my dad didn't anyway. lol
    becareful and good luck
