Calls several times a day. States they are Suntrust but do not have my phone number, loan number or address. Seems strange. Ass_o_les!

Called me...I dont have a Suntrust, nor any other kind of mortgage

They called my business phone today as well.  Wanting personal information that if they were indeed with SunTrust---they would have.  I gave none.  I have no arrears with this company so there is no reason for their call.  My next email and phone call is to the authorities.

It is Suntrust, you can call the # back & Suntrust will answer.

The letter that gets posted to your door is from someone they send out to do a site inspection to confirm condition of the house & that it is still occupied on accounts that are late.

Received a second note on our door to call suntrust with this 800 #.  I only get IVR and it asks me to enter my SS#.  That's not happening.  We are current on our mortgage and have not missed a payment or been late.  Seems like a scam though some of the messages in this string seem to reflect it is not?

I got a call from this number at work today. It started on the voicemail about halfway through the prerecorded message and I just got the number because it was repeated at the end of the call. The number they called is a business line, not published and we don't give it out to anyone but clients.

The exact same thing happened here. I called it and there was no voicemail (or person!) there at all. I was very suspicious so I called the Suntrust number on one of my statements and the person confirmed the note and number was actually them (phew!). She stated they were transitioning off that that number and it should have been routed to 855-223-4680 instead.

Suntrust called me over and over and over for a payment of 41 dollars

it is suntrust - either you are late on a payment - like me - or you have filled out modified loan information and they are calling you back....like me.  if you are getting notes on the door - you are in a different state than texas - in texas the note on door happens after only after 61 days late - they are seeing if house is still occupied or abandoned and of course to harass you. i dont like being poor - but it is illegal to loan money for free - you took out a loan...you must pay it back.  always do loan modification - the loan will be modified...period.

CALLED SUNTRUST IT IS A SCAM...!!!!!!!!!!

it is suntrust mrtg.  you have a loan thru suntrust - they are calling you for the money you borrowed -said you were to pay back....but havent.  now they call to get the money you owe.  the scam is obama and the economy....not suntrust.

called and asked for someone by two different names. Asked them if this was a personal busineess call. they finally said yes when I asked a second time. I told them that they are calling a business and would have to call the individiual after hours at home.

They were calling me and their system was hanging up on me.  But it turned out to be the mortgage company of one of my employees.  I tried not to pry...but I'm guessing he was behind on his mortgage and they're calling to collect.

Got the door hanger. I am a renter and the Landlord is going through foreclosure. I do not know what my liability is, and from what I can tell from all your experiences, I don't want to call them back for fear they will get my phone number and start harassing ME.

they call me everyday. When I answered once, they were incredibly rude and obnoxious. Asked many questions that I refused to answer. Call back and noone is there. What a crock!!!

It IS SunTrust Mortgage.  After 5 days of constant calls (some less than ten minutes apart) I called them back and picked random options from their automated system so I could get to a human being.  She stated that my number had already been removed from their system and it must be stuck in their autodialer.  Why was it in your autodialer?  I've never had an account of ANY kind with SunTrust and have a mortgage with NO ONE.

Stop with the calls I pay my mortgage each and every month- SunTrust needs to back off before someone hits them with a lawsuit for harressment I almost ont he verge

They called tonight and asked for me by my full name. I asked who was calling and she would not tell me.....she just kept asking is this so and so. I said she won't talk to you unless you tell me who is calling. Then she hung up!!
