For the last couple of days I have been receiving calls asking me to call   1-800-443-3012. There is a tape recording asking me tocall that number. they say it's from a financial management agency. The last time they called, I called backand got a woman on the line. I told her that I was on the no call list andthat if I got another call from them I would proceed with a lawsuit. The woman was very angry so I hung up.

Have gotten 2 calls. One yesterday and one today. I wasn't home and
a message was left.  The guy on the message is very loud and never says
who he is, where he is calling from or who he is trying to contact.
The call back number was 1-800-443-3012 but the caller ID number
was 1-800-982-0484. So happy to find this site.

My house has gotten many calls from these people. Have yet to do anything, as we are on top of our finances and knew it had to be a scammer. Numerous different recorded messages, some from women (can't remember their names), many from a guy who almost sounds drunk. His name is "Mr. Roberts". Surprising to see this group is still active, considering how long they have been going.

I am recieving numerous calls from National Action Finance. There is no resoan for them to call me. The refuse to tell me why they are calling until I give them my S.S.#. (That not goni to happen). So the calls keep coming. This needs to stop and stop now. There # 800 443 3012

They call all day i dont care that is why i have caller id / and i am about to get my vmail takin off. i dont chk messages anyway/ they can go to hell before they get money from me

First off, both Gary Marshall and Kurt Roberts are or at least were senior DM'S at this company. The calls are legit and if it's a wrong number.. call it back they will remove your number....common sense goes out the window here.. we don't know it's a wrong number till you call back saying we have called you 50 times and you are beyond aggravated. Call the number back ask to speak with a manager.. explain the situation and it's done..

I called the number- financial services- they removed my number. Looking for another person. They were looking for Charles Fox. Not me.

I receive many calls a day from this number on my cell phone.  I have my number on the do no call list.  I never answer it, but they leave a message.  I called it back one day and I got the same message as they are leaving.  Needs to stop.

Same drill as everyone else.  Mr. Roberts(Sometimes in different voices), one was a Mrs. something, "time sensitive matter, this will not be taken advantage of", etc.  The only DIFFERENT thing is, my credit is NOT perfect, so I do recieve LEGITIMATE calls.  I have no problems taking care of LEGITIMATE debt.  But these people call up almost screaming into the phone like I have caused them some sort of personal harm.  Ever since the very first message, I have never called them.  Their ways of doing business are absolutely heinous!

I got a call from "Kayla" lookng for my girlfriend. When I tole her that she was not home she said the she needed my girlfriend to call her back that it was not a sales call so it was importiant to hav her call. I asked for all the info and when I ask who she was with she hesitated and then said very angerly it was National Action.

got the recorded call... said push 1 to speak to someone.. that didn't work.. called back.. person I spoke with was rude.. I asked who they were looking for.. gave me a name.. I asked how they called me.. answer was he had used my number.. I am a 'searcher' and pay for a site to look for people.. I asked what the common address was.. Ms Rude said she couldn't give that information.. said she'd remove my number and abruptly hung up.. I ran the guy who she was looking for... BINGO.. I found a common address from about 15 years ago.. a bill consolidation company.. they got me straight.. he must have fallen back into his old ways..

Calls from this company recieved repeatedly..........say they are a collection company but will not say who they represent.

if this is NOT the same companies listed, contact NY Attorney General Andrew Cuoma and let him know so he can add them to his list of Agencies to shut down

This [***] calls me 12-18 times a day. I DO NOT owe anyone any money.

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from this number for months, at least twice a day.  About every week or so, they change the name of the person calling. They do say that they are with National Action Financial Services and say to call back with an urgent message and they are a debt collector.  Guess I will call and tell them to quit calling.  They are burning up my minutes on my cell phone.

Got repeated recorded phone messages asking me to call a Mr. Cook at 1-800-443-3012

1-800-443-3012 PreRecorded Message from a Mr. Cook asking me to call him about a collections debt.  All my bills are paid in full every month via autodebit, I checked everything just to make sure anyways.  Nothing is amiss.  After finding the wealth of negative information against this Collection Agency (keyword is the phone number) I am not going to call Mr. Cook.

I got a voice mail from "Mr. Cook" saying that he tried to contact me many times and needs me to call him back and due to the security of this issue, he is not able to tell me what his call was for.  Well, I never answer any phone calls from 800 numbers or blocked numbers so he can try as many time as he wants.  I had some old debt from 10 plus years ago when a relative stole my credit cards.  I talked to my lawyer and she suggested me not to deal with these collection agencies since it has been more than 10 yrs.

Numerous harrassing phone calls about a previously resolved matter. Very rude an obnoxious person named Lebewski or something.
