    I can stop them
Everybody needs to call them back all day, without saying anything. Repeatedly just to jam the lines. I have called over 200 times inthe last hour and I'm just warming up. Post to all your multimedia friends to do the same. They will answer more dead air than will be worth the stupid 118 bucks. I have had them call me back in Spanish just so I can talk to them in Polish. Then I have a Vietnamese co-worker call and go off in his mother tongue. This is an official game at my work now and everybody has had tears in the eyes from the laughter

They left me so many messages on my machine.  After reading all these posts, I called back the 2nd number to take my phone number off their list.

I completed the survey for the hell of it after they called me for like a month straight. Finally I started getting and missing calls from these people every day. While bored at work I looked up the number and found this site. The guy tried calling me again while I was in the bathroom, I answered and held the phone to my [***] and farted into it.

I called again later that night and made the lady go through her whole sales pitch to waste her time and then told her I knew it was a scam. Also gave me some fake site, palmbeachcruises.com or something like that. And same deal with the 59.00$ port fee that had to be paid at that time.

I called them back 25 times and didn't say a word. It's free, why not?!
If they want to waste my time calling me with an automated message every day then I will certainly waste theirs...

I advise others to do the same technique as I.

It's the only way to sting them and use up their resources...

    A funny one:

I used a cell and another phone, called from both and put them together, so the reps could have a nice chat :)

Your an idiot. replies to A SATISFIED HUSBAND AND WIFE
This perso works for Caribbean cruise lines, no doubt...

Some people do not appreciate 15 calls a day from companies claiming they have obserd prizes and giveaways. Telemarketing is one of the most irritating forms of advertisement for commerce, we love in the 21rst century; it's time for a less irritating change.
You are just as ignorant as all others who post about this as being a scam, you are the idiot and should realize that as a result of filling out "the short survey" you are most likely opening yourself to mass future calls for telemarketers but also having your information illegally sold and transferred to 3rd party companies who can continue to harass you day in and day out.
Electronic commerce was seen as an exemplary oppurtunity for those in advertising; an oppurtunity to rape and pillage our ears with nonsense like free cruises and vacations...
    Go [***] yourself...
Sincerely, someone a little more educated then you...

Methodically, every day for the last two months.
I even installed a callblocker app on my phone, which is supposed to pick up and hang up automatically on this number. It does, yet they still manage to get through to my voicemail.

How this number hasn't been disconnected for eternity yet is beyond me.

    EVIL. PURE EVIL.

Interesting... I got the call, first of all the lady had my name and city wrong, she was asking me personal questions - and very basic qualifying questions such as have I ever been in the states and am I allowed to make a decision by my husband.
First thing your bank does when it sends you an email is to warn you never to reply to their email with personal information, especially banking info and PIN number. So I asked the lady to give me a call-back number so I could verify and then call in to give my credit card number, as I said it was my "standard security procedure" (I thought I was pretty funny ;) ). She immediately assumed that I was questioning the veracity of this call, asked if I would give my credit card number if she could prove they were a real company, and directed me to the Port of Palm Beach website...  Banks tell you to go directly on the bank's website or call the customer service number that is on the bank's website. They don't feel you numbers and links - standard security measure. I asked again for the customer service number, which she wouldn't provide, and then I insisted on getting her name. As soon as she understood I was going to verify the number and the company, she was very quick to hang up.

I just got off the phone with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. This cruise thing is not quite a scam but you definitely don't want to get into this. What it is according to the CAFC: a very aggressive time-share promotion which means you will have to go down to Florida and listen to a super aggressive sales pitch to buy into their timeshare programme and you just may get a small day cruise in the end.
