- LeslieI just saw a charge on my statement for Savings2GO for $14.95. I called the number and they had no info for me other than my card number. SCARY. The woman said they are a company for ordering TV products. I've never ordered from them or anything on an infomercial. She said she will credit my card back and then before she hung up she tried to sell me 40% savings on perceptions! Unbelievable. I've emailed my bank to dispute the charge and notify them that this is a fraud.
- BlckRseDragonI'm on the phone with them right now. I did a survey and they said they would
give me somewhere around $625.00 in gift certificates as a gratitude gift. The first
guy i spoke to was really professional but the connection sucked and i couldn't make
heads or tails of what the other man said. It was a long winded process. I'm watching my
bank account like a hawk. I see one charge more than $2.00 and I'm reporting them and
their fradulent charges and shutting my bank account down.- Caller: Savings2Go/ Leisure Club

- Carl Bonner replies to richwise| 2 repliesdear sir I don't remember giving you permission for this subject of joining this company so you need to reimburse my funds bc on my debit card I don't recall joining this site. Thank you, Mr. Bonner
- Carl Bonner replies to Carl BonnerI also hvnt receive any mail r information on this issue
- Resident47 replies to Carl BonnerYou've addressed "dear sir" Richwise, who commented *five years ago* and sounded about as confused as you. At least that guy didn't mistake 800Notes, a nuisance call database, for any sort of direct hotline to your dubious negative option billers. You have to take your problem *directly* to the merchant or mail order house and/or your bank. The only things people can do here are report their experiences and maybe toss scraps of advice.
- MeaganThis number is connected to my checking account. I have already been in touch with Leisureplus and savings to go, to cancel whatever it is I "magically" signed up for. I do not know how my information Iis in their services however I have asked to be removed from both of these and their 'sister services", how ever $14.97 has been removed from my account again. Scam scam SCAM!

- Kelsey and Clara| 1 replyMy grandmother just noticed to charges of $14.95 does not know where these came from, this has started back in November 2013 so far as we know. She never gives out her account number also never uses the internet yet somehow Savings2GO AND LEISURE PLUS got her information. We are currently working on getting this refunded. Will be calling the toll free number as well to get this resolved. Since these charges went through it caused my grandmothers account to go negative and charged an extra $30 dollar fee, best believe I will be reporting this to the media. NOT SURE IF THE COMPANY CALLED HER, SHE DOESN'T REMEMBER BUT WE WILL GET THIS RESOLVED.

- Tamianth replies to Kelsey and ClaraIf they do not reimburse the money, file fraud with your bank/CC and get it shut down and off her account. They will issue a new account/card.

- L GraysonFound this charge on my 82-year-old grandmother's credit card, after it had been going on for 4 months. Called to cancel the credit card and the agent said it was likely from something ordered online. Apparently by my internet-less grandmother? Filed a fraud report, cancelled the card and almost feel bad that Chase will have to eat the $60 of charges rather than Savings 2 Go, who is the real problem!

- carol replies to DebbieI just got a card in the mail from Leisure Plus that I did not request When I called the number 888-527-2589, to cancel per the letter. I kept getting Spanish speaking people who transferred me to JC Penney Insurance who said they would transfer me back. Second call. Same deal. I'm contacting my bank. It's a scam.
- Martha Griffin replies to MichaelI would like to cancel my membership. I do not have my membership number or any other papers that was sent to me.
