Called me at work

Just received call from another number (502.569.1396 which when you return call to that number it says disconnected number).  The recorded message ask to call 8004502242.  No company name, or any kind of info is with this.  I have registered a complaint concerning this on www.donotcall.gov website which probably won't do any good.  I know for sure though if a legitimate company is doing any kind of business with you they will give their information in the recording.  Hopefully this will help stop someone from being scammed.

I just got this same phone call from this number and its going through but not before the radio came on the line playing VERY loudly in my ear! A man then came on the line and asked if I needed I assitance. I told him that a recording told me to call this number, he then placed me back on hold ONCE again with loud radio country music in my ear.. I waited for 5 mins and no one picked up..Just the continuing radio, so I hung up.. has anyone found out what the business is yet?

WE HAVE RECEIVED 5 CALLS TODAY FROM THE 502-569-1396 NUMBER AND WE ALSO GET A DISCONNECTED MESSAGE WHEN WE CALL IT BACK

They are debt collectors. Told them to stop calling this is a business and I am not taking personal calls for employees that don't pay their bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The automated computer generated voice is so bad, I have to listen to it a half dozen times to understand the phone number written down in addition to the file number.  It is not even for me, they are calling me in regards to someone else.  When I called back just a few minutes ago, they said, "sorry we missed you call please leave a message".  I knew I had to had up or the message I would have left would have included most if not all of the 7 words that you should not say on tv. The latest call was received at 7:15 pm 12-27-11.

1800-450-2242 & also local 502-569-1391. They called and said we had a bill in collections over $500. The scariest part is they had personal info about me and my child! They said it was an anesthesiology bill from a surgery my child had last year from Williams & Wagoner. When I called W & W they said we had paid all bills in full and nothing was turned over to collections. I tried to call this 800-450-2242 & the local number and it rings and rings. It is 3pm so they should be there is they are a legit business, right? They wanted the last 4 of my SS and other info which I thankfully refused!
