They sent letters and said they wouldn't be calling too which is what they did. Couldn't be a worse time tho. I move on the 27th and they are doing this the 26th...couldn't have waited a couple days!

- WesThis isn't PECO. They're spoofing a PECO incoming consumer number. Do not pay them a penny. They're scammers. I reported the scam to PECO.

- EileenThis is call spoofing. The number is the PECO customer service number but this is not PECO. I asked the woman who she worked for and she said Nashville Gas and Electric. I tried to call PECO and Exelon to tell them their phone number was being spoofed and used to scam people but it is totally impossible to get through to them without an account number.

- K. McGrathI have received numerous calls from w interactive about lowering my electric. Today a call at 11 am the person with a thick accent said he could lower my ppl bill, I informed him I have peco and hung up. I just received a second call at 1 pm from Harry who said he works for peco I told him I know he is a scammer and hung up. I am troubled that this caller is spoofing Peco's customer service number.

- GPeco's phone number is being spoofed by a scammer. The Caller ID is called Winter Active, and they're trying to trick you to reveal your Peco info. You can tell they're scammers because the callers will never stop talking and persuade you to let them be your client. Could be from a foreign nation because the callers have a Caribbean-like accent. Never reveal any information to them. If you did, call your Peco account and check your electric and gas bills for any suspicious activity.
- Caller: Winter Active
