Phone ID said W Interactive.  Person, foreign accent, wanted to verify information supposedly to give me a savings of 40%.

Some guy from Bombay called after 8p, asking to speak to my husband on my cell #...I said wrong number....I knew it must've been a scam.

Called numerous times. I answered to a foreign voiced man telling me peco is running a promotion, if I signup I can get discounted electric. I told him no and also he was not from peco. He kept talking, I yelled at him to stop calling, I know he was a scam. He was still talking as I hung up. They use peco emergency number 18008414141. I had previously called peco to see what was going on. They informed me nothing was happening with my account, so I was ready when the scammers called again. So people beware of this scam.

They called no less then 6 or 7 times in a row. AT LEAST! Acted like they were from PECO but wanted us to change our company. After being told we weren't interested and hung up they called repeatedly. In a row. Yelling and screaming that they were going to keep calling. At one point I lost my patience and screamed back over the yelling man and hung up. Still he called back! Would love to know if this could be a harassment situation and who would I even report?

Follow up , they not only knew  my name but had my address
