Ameriloan tries to sucker people out of money they do not owe. Keep your receipts...

yup, same call- same details same number, i had a payday loan once  a year ago (online)  that was paid off in full well before the due date- only receipt was an email- now they are saying i owe them..so a scam at best- best to ignore the calls, or better yet, do what i did-answer and say you dont know the person they are calling for- this is a new number and to please stop harassing you or you will report them to consumer protection- they will stop calling...also- if asked who this is, no obligation to tell them- just give that statement and it will stop- now need to deal w/my credit report...just file a dispute w/the 3 majors..since ameriloan cannot prove the alleged debt it will be wiped clean (but warning: it takes several months to happen)

Why cant they prove the debt?

These people call my cell phone all day long. Then some how today they started calling my job. I have never given them my work number. So how did they get it?

Perhaps from your credit report, so reports have your work information, you can call the credit bureaus, and have that information removed.

These people say they are from AmeriLoan and that they deleted my phone number from their registry.  Their main number is 800-503-0165  We'll see.

My phone number has been used by a person named Amber H--or it used to be her phone. The phone number is new to me. Apparently Amber takes out loans using a variety of last names and doesn't pay them back. United Cash Loan has the same name that Ameri Loan does. ARB had the name Amber Nicola which is a different last name. I get collection calls for her on my new cell daily. How do I stop them!

they have been calling every day and leaving message to call them back.  called them today to request they take my number off call list.  the guy wanted my name first.  i was willing to only give phone number nothing more.  i asked what company they are and he did not answer.  i asked if they were ameriloan and he said how did you know that?  told him the internet.  will look into how to get my number off their call list.

I get calls for a Kellie Reid (or maybe Kelly Reed). I have been telling them for almost a year now that no one by that name is at my number but they keep calling. At least they no longer keep leaving stupid messages. No one at this place has a brain! No one should have to keep telling these jerks, over and over again, that they have the wrong number. This is undue harassment!

I don't know why these people are calling me.

I it a violation of Federal Law to contact your employer to collect a debt.  While it may be a "twist" to contact your place of employment vs contacting your employer, you can still say "you never know who will answer the telephon and it could be my employer".  I would notify the Federal Trade Commission immediately to see if they can be fined for each and every time they called your employer.  Also, check with your State Attorney to see if you can file criminal charges against them for violating your state's collection laws.

This is an important call for.......   They have wrong # but refuse to take # out of their system. It is Ameriloan.

I got a call from 800 503 0165...I put it on my reject call list that way it goes right to voicemail.  Only left vm message to call back..

This number belongs to Ameriloan. I took a payday loan from them last year, and unfortunately I became disabled shortly after. I enrolled with a payday loan consolidation company and I have asked them to settle with Ameriloan first. I hope this will stop the calls. I don't know if they are calling my employer or not, but this is harrasment at every level.
My advise is to not return the calls.

I originally got calls intended for a man named D____ H_____ and it was always a computer call!! Every time I picked up it was just a pre-recorded message, leaving me a number to call back. I'd call back, they're say, "oh, D___ H______" and I'd say "no, he's no longer at this number, please stop calling," they'd say ok but continue to call.
Now the cold-call messages  state no name.
They call on average once a day (sometimes less days, sometimes more often in a day...

PLEASE HELP, HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP!!!

I had an ameriloan and lost my job shortly after. I answered there call the other night and explained that i start a job the end of the month and will call them back then to settle up after my 1st check. The calls kept coming in daily and after i spoke to another woman there she stated its not harrassment if there calling with a purpose even though i just spoke to someone the day before.

They call every damm day ,i dont even know who they are
