Scam call to told me he worked for microsoft.

Got a call this morning said hello person on other end hung up but google the number and it is a scam. I did not give any of my information to them

Scammer with an accent saying he was from Microsoft and before he could say more I called him an idiot and hung up.

Same Microsoft Technical spiel. I pretended to do what he asked and was able to keep him on the line for 16 minutes before he told me I was wasting his time. I said yep, just like he'd been wasting my time.

"800 SERVICE" on caller ID. Number:800-505-6505. Left no message."They" are still calling people. Thank you for information listed on this site for this number.

Indian man using the name Peter Williams said he was calling from Microsoft regarding my computer. I told him I didn't have a computer and he hung up.

automated call about some sort of "exciting" offer for people 50 years of age and older.  Scam

The caller, with a strong Indian accent, said he was from Microsoft and told me my computer was infected with a virus. I told him I knew that already and didn't care. He said he would log on to my computer to fix the problem and instructed me to find the ctrl button on my keyboard. I told him my computer didn't have that particular key. He then said, "[***] your mother; [***] your daughter; [***] your sister" and hung up. Seemed a little emotionally unstable to me.

Called me at 4:30 in the morning! Naturally I was pissed and tried to call back because I'm thinking this must be some emergency to call at that hour. Nope. Total scam.
