I have received three calls from this number today,,,I just answered it at 4:41PM...no one said a thing.

I've been getting daily calls from this #. It leaves a voicemail, that is chopped off a the beginning, and a man's voice speaking numbers, like a partial phone number. It's as if it's designed to be confusing, to trick you into calling back based on the caller id #.

I have been receiving multiple calls from this number requsting that I call back.  Each time I try to return the call, I get a recording that all operators are busy and to call back later.  I am positive that I owe nothing to this collection agency and I am extremely irritated at their ignorant persistance in trying to contact me.

I had several messages on my machine saying they have an important message for Gary ****. I called to tell them they have the wrong number. I always get recordings that all of their operators are busy and to call back another time.
I also received similar messages saying to call 877-769-2561. They identified themselves as Pinnicle Finiancial group as well. I managed to get hold of someone there. The respondants were very rude and would hang up before you could leave any information.

Calling more than once day... Do Not leave message or full number not left

8005164176-This belong to Pinnacle financial with collection of various collection account. The individuals are trained to be abrusive when collect the debt. They call you violating your right as a customer and supposely add a supervisor to join the call. Pinnacle is very unprofessional when you answer the phone and call more that state & federal call alouds..RECORD THESE PEOPLE WHEN YOU COMMUNICATE **Play it for the Federal Trade Commission or file on line.. KNOW YOUR RIGHT GO THRU THE FTC.GOV..

seriously! they call me at least once everyday and i have never even heard of this collection agency! i don't have anything to give much less collect!!! I am a minor for Christ's sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a new number and I have asked that they STOP calling many times...   They just keep calling and calling.
I have filed over 15 formal complaints with DO NOT CALL.

Pinnacle Financial Group 800-516-4176.  I'm sure this is a collection agency because I owe a lot of medical bills I have no funds to pay.  I've tried to arrange a payment schedule I could afford with a different collector and told them if they would accept what I could afford to pay, without sending it to collections and screwing up my credit, I would pay them until it was payed in full.  They were pissed and wanted me to take out a loan to pay them, open up a credit card to put the full amount on the credit card or find the cash!!!  I sent them several payments and then found out they reported it to a collection agent and it was on my credit report.  I decided there was no sense in even making the effort to pay them since they already screwed me and it's really difficult for me to find even a little money to pay each month, and reported it to the credit agencies so now this number calls all of the time.  I'm sure that's the only thing it could be.  I will never, ever answer!  They can call all day, every day.  You can't get blood from a stone!  Just thought the rest of you might want to know.

if this is Pinnacle, they are calling for someone who had my phone number before I did...they will not stop calling and asking for this Nick person even after I explain that this is not his number!

they ask for someone named lilly told them no one here by that name. asked to have this number removed. they call here 10 - 20 times a day

I get that name too Gary someone but I just tell em they have the wrong number we've had this number for 3 years and they just began to call recently.  No one says anything when we answer messages are cut off.  This is ridiculous!!!

Phone rings, I answer, no one responds, I hang up.

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?????????  How do I get on their no-call list??????

They call at 8:55 pst which is past any regulatory time frame.  Also, they do not identify themselves, so I have no obligation to call them back.

number calls before 8:30 in the morning and after 8:30 at night.  Message is never left.  Calls at least 2 times per day, usually 3 or 4.  Whoever they are, they are breaking harassment laws.

Called at 9:04 pm, against FTC rules under the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).  Asked for a name but did not advise they were a collection agency.  Kept the voicemail, will be using it against them in court.

We returned the call immediately to advise them they had the wrong #. She answered the phone "Hello". I said they had just called, we were returning the call, asked if this was a business & what business. She asked for our phone # then looked it up & said "Uh yeah .. uhm Pinnacle Financial" & that they're a collections company.

It wasn't even a full minute before I called her back & it was the same woman who left the message, who didn't know who she had just phoned, or what company she represented. Hello? And what company today doesn't have caller id?

Told her we had received 9 hang-ups in two days & asked if it was them. Said her records show 1 voicemail & 2 hang-ups. So - they admit to hang-ups & record that they've left vms when they haven't. If the call really had been for us, there is no way we would do business with them.

Actually called on Mothers Day!  Bet these jerks would call on Christmas, too. Know your rights and report these clowns, www.ftc.gov

Bottom feeders? Keep in mind its you DEBTORS that are the bottom feeders. You were granted a line of credit with no intentions of making good on your bill. so what do ya do? You kick it to the curb and make YOUR debt someone elses problem, and you have the balls to call us bottom feeders. On a second note if it wasent for our nations debt collectors you no bill paying parasites wouldnt be able to afford ANYTHING cause the prices on everything would be sky high. So the next time to want to call someone a bottom feeder, you need to go stand in front of the mirror! Now PAY YOUR BILL DEBTOR!
