Your friendly debt collector replies to Report them
First off we did not violate a customers rights, In order to be a customer you need to pay for something. seeing as you didnt pay for anything that makes you a DEBTOR not a customer if you want the customer service then resolve your bill before it gets to collections! It's that simple.

Your friendly debt collector replies to Pam
Well ya see Pam, When we call it is actually an automated system that gets you debtors on the line then the system has to find an available rep to transfer the call to. The reason we keep calling is you are in such a hurry to hang up the phone you dont ever take the time to wait till a live rep gets connected. Maybe next time you'll wait a minute. Not that it matter much cause i'm sure after we read you the mini miranda you'll hang up anyway.

    friendly debt collector...
you must be desperate to post all these e-mails,
people this idiot debt collector is not making any monies that's why he is posting all day long he is probable behind on his bills he gets about 10.00 an hour and maybe 20 percent of what he collects.
we works for pinnacle financial group and if you go on bud hibbs ,com you will read that they lie to you,,steal your money and constantly violate the fdcpa law.do not give them any info.. they try and use scare tactics on you, don't fall for it.
yes its true they can call you from 8am to 9pm so when they call ask them to fully identify them selves there full name the name of the company they work for ask them are we being taped or monitored he will say yes and then you say call me from another line that's not being tapped or monitored waste there time on the phone debt collectors hate that they are taught to take control of the phone call.
the idiot debt collector forgets to mention that if he does talk to you on the phone and there is no agreement to make payments they cannot call you for the next two to three days.
they also lie about how much money  they make,a paper route makes more money then a bottom feeder debt collector who works for a bottom feeder debt collection company.

This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is “I’m calling in regards to a personal business matter.” Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.
