called cell phone at 9:45am working did not answer

Did some digging on this number and found it belongs to URI Information Services http://www.uriinfo.net A company that does phone surveys on insurance.

called me at 1:03pm on my cell phone on January 28, 2009.  I didn't recognize the number and didn't answer.  I am on the Do Not Call registry, so it was annoying to me.

I just got a call from this number too in the afternoon, didn't answer

i received this call yesterday and today, i don't answer calls that i do not know the caller.

i had to close a bank acount i found out some one was making automated withdraws from my bank nw this number calls me and i asked my car insurance rep if they have anything to do with this number they said no yet they said it was from my insurance i dnt nw what info i gave them since they called me real early a my cell and i was hal asleep nw like what iread here i will no longer answer 800 numbers

Called my cell phone at 2pm PST. I was at work and did not answer.

Called my cell phone while I was at work.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Just got a call from this number to cell phone. I did not answer. Check the web, and good to see that the decision "not to answer" is validated.

Called my cell phone twice today 1:49PM and 6:49PM (PDT).
They didn't leave a message either time.

So *your* insurance companies hire this company to work for them, which means they are exempt from the Do Not Call List.

I didn't fill out the survey, and because of that I got a cancellation notice on my car insurance, so you might not want to ignore these calls.

Did not answer. No message left.

URI Information services called multiple times, but I won't answer for 800 numbers.  They finally had someone leave a message saying that they were calling to update information from my insurance company.  I am trying to get in touch with my insurance agent to figure out why they are calling and ask them to never have a third party contact me again.  It is scary to know that my personal information is being shared with others like this.

It's just a 3 min survey. It's painless as long as you don't make a big deal out of it.

Kept calling me 4x times a week on my Google voice which connect to my real phone, no message left. Finally blocked it through Google voice's blocking function.

Received a call from these people who asked unusually intrusive questions.  They said they were
calling for AAA, but when I contacted AAA, they said I wasn't scheduled for a review.  So why
were they calling and what are they up to?  I'm going to report this to California's Attorney
General just in case it's a scam.
