Call from 970-667-4206 via call forwarding?

If it is Key Bank, shame  shame on  them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They should never call without identifying the caller as Key Bank.  I am a loyal Key Bank customer but this type of thing disgusts me.  With all the fraud and scam calls Key Bank has to do better!!!!!!

I just got the same call with the id saying Genesys Dialer and the number. Didn't answer, Genesys Dialer is a auto call software and the number is Key but I think it might be spoofed. No message left either

I got a call from this number and no message.  I called back and it was key bank.  No idea why they called.  Fishy.  Bad on you key bank!!!!!!!!!!  Robo or bot????  Then key should do something.

I received a call from Minnesota claiming that there is a law that requires Key Bank credit card holders to have their credit account reviewed now and then. I didn't answer, suspecting that this might be a scam  I was simply told that the call was from Key Bank - but Key Bank headquarters are certainly not in Minnesota! I've written the phone number below.

Don’t fall for this crap! This is a real Key Bank number but has been hijacked by scammers to use for phishing, and your phone is not the only way they use.  Watch your E-Mails too, as this, and not a phone call is the way they first tried to get my info.  I received several fraudulent E-Mails claiming to be from banks I had never had accounts with and one claiming to be from Key. It said that recently, several failed attempts were made to access my account and to confirm my account number and password. (not smeggin’ likely!)  I called the customer service number on my card, even though it matched the one on the E-Mail.  They checked things out and said everything was fine and no unauthorized attempts had been made. They gave me the address for their fraud Dept. to report it as well.

I actually got some questionable things posted to my account but it was as if the lady had no idea of my account

Seemed questionable asking about potential fraud activity on a blocked card. Asked for too much information. I alerted the real Key Bank fraud department.

Slammer calling from KeyBank. I don’t have an account with them.
