10 calls same number different companys

Won't work... More then one calling... Best way set your printer to set for Fax after 4 rings... Cuts down but not all of the pest calling....

This number comes up from all different companies.  First it was to lower interest rates on Credit Cards through any credit card company, then it was debt consolidation.  When you get a live person and tell them to take you off of their marketing list you get more calls from the same number but a different "company" on the other end.  When I inform them they are calling a business they just hang up - no apology, no assurance to not call back.

They are calling me several times a day.
I have asked them to stop calling.

Have had this one numerous times--about credit cards I think.  Didn't give her a chance to finish.  Have blocked this number.

Give them fake numbers on card. Hilarious when they start yelling about wasting there time.

I usually answer these calls from strange numbers, just so I can have a little fun.  Today was no exception, when I kept telling the "customer service rep" that I was already paying -0- interest, so why did I need his services?  He finally asked me how I could do that, so I told him:  I don't have any credit cards!  Don't know if he got mad or not, since I hung up right after that.

They called at 11:28 PM.  I have CenturyLink's No Solicitation service but it did no good.  My number is on the Do Not Call Registry but that doesn't matter.  It was the usual recorded message from Rachel at Cardholder Services.

Jack, two things: One, scammers aren't going to care about those. Two, you have to REPORT the number to CenturyLink so it can be blocked-it's not automatic. They should have explained that when you signed up.

got a call at 2 am.  so pissed! called back to a # not in service. :(
