Caller stated she's a private detective.  Her name is Amber Wayne.  She called wanting information on a neighbor who was to have moved into the apartment next door, which is a corporate apartment with no one in it currently.  Wayne said she is from out-of-town and didn't know the name of the apartment complex so she could call the manager, so I gave Wayne that information.   She gave me this 800 number so I could call her if I saw this individual moving in.
