United Behavioral Healthcare

Matt - United Behavorial Health - United Health Care has these guys manage the behavior health part of the insurance company. Long extention numbers.  His supervisor was Jamie Kazell at 66596.

Person wouldn't identify themselves or their company when they called.  Had to take their number down & look them up online.

The caller did ID herself but would not disclose the nature of the call or company.   I believe this is related to my daughter's health care but they wouldn't talk to me -- probably because she is not a minor anymore.

I got the run around when I called back-- took almost a week to get the person on the phone.  Then, I found out, it is NOT an important call, but a follow up from 4 months ago when they claim I had "questions" about my health coverage.  It's a nuisance call.  I only called to find out if it was important, i.e., if my health coverage had changed.  I swear, they make work for themselves so they'll seem important.  

Someone called and left a voice message without giving me the nature of the call. I called back the ext. left on my voice mail. A woman started to ask me personal questions before I could ask who or what the reason for contacting me. I found this odd....I asked this woman to tell me what is the REASON for first calling me. Then she told me she was from United Healthcare and that she was doing a follow up from 4 months ago. I still didn't buy it. So I hung up and called United health directly to verify. They could not verify the call. How does does such large company not have access to this info of the outbound call being made on their customers I don't know? I wish I would have not given any of my personal info before knowing for sure the call was from untied health care. Lesson learned. Never ever give any info unless you call into a company directly. Don't take anyone's word for it. If they don't leave their name or nature of the call hang up.

It was from a woman named Nicole.  She stated it was in regard to my insurance.  She didnt go into further detail of the nature of the call....
