"Your Central Bank of Kansas City card has been suspended.  Press 1 to be connected with the security department."

I hung up because I don't have an account there.

This is our corporate toll free number, however, we are not the one originating those calls. We do not do business in the banking or credit card industries. We are a website applications development company and do not use automated calls for billing inquiries or any other purpose. Use of automated phone calls, outside of very limited conditions, are illegal in the United States, and call recipients should be very aware of this fact.

We were notified by a few recipients of these calls and have taken actions to track down the origination of the calls and identified the parties responsible for the fraud-motivated phishing activity.

We advise all recipients to NOT provide any information to the callers and take reasonable and responsible steps to protect their financial information by asking for the callers names and call back numbers, and contacting their local law enforcement and/or police department.
