I got a call from this number today. they did not leave a message but I called them back. It was from card services. They handle several credit card companies collection calls.

I have had 3 or 4 calls on my cell from 800  551 1952.  There is never anyone on the line.

They call at all times of the day and evening - probably a collection agency looking for someone other than me.

I work at a school and get several calls a day from this number.  They always wait until I am finished with my greeting to hang up without saying anything.

They called me 6 times so far today and it is 3:34pm.

I keep getting calls from this 800-551-1952 and it tells me to call a different number but its always when I don't have a pen to write it down.. It gets very annoying since I sleep in late and they like to start calling at 800 am..

Card Services. They've called me from this number and several others despite my requests to be taken off of their call list.

Card Services. They cannot provide information about why they are calling without me providing them my name. Refused to do so. Asked them to remove my name from their list, and they indicated they would do that.

Just received a call form this number, when I answered no one was there. I called the number right back and the lady on the line said they are from account services and she needed my name and social security number. I told here I don't give my social security number to anyone that I don't know. She said I she couldn't disclose any information without me giving her mine, I told her I guess we will continue to go in circles because I will not give her mine, finally we said good bye. Strange, very strange. I hope no one gives a strange caller their personal information. I pay all my bills and owe no one, so I shouldn't be getting such calls....ridiculous!

Receive calls from this #, for what reason I don't know.

This one just called on my cell phone; I don't answer unknown 800 calls, and no message was left. Also had calls from 800-551-1936, which appears to be a debt collection scam.

This is complete crap. I called and and all they would tell is acct services and asked for my info. I told the operator that I do not give out my information to anyone who will not tell theirs first. Stupid policy on their part. It's probably  scam and if not they need to change their policy.

I've had a new cell number for several months now, and unfortunately the last owner defaulted on credit cards apparently. I managed to get taken off one call list for a department store, but today, I received 4 robo calls from this number and one others, all at 10:42 AM. As follows: 614-534-2519, 800-551-1952. Since they've dialed previously, I blocked via my phone app.

I doubt that this is a collection company called "Card Services".

Its most likely just a phony name they give you when you ask who they are. I have had a few say  Bank Card services, Member Card services or just Card services.

they call and ask for personal info.  do not ask what are you calling about ... un-productive.  ask what is the name of the company.  once i know the name of the company i know if i do business with them or not.  then i call their published direct line not someone claiming to be someone else.

1-800-551-1952, scumbags! Hang up on them, blow a whistle in the phone when a real live person comes on line.  Collections for several credit card companies. They work off commission & will try anything, even threats to scare you to pay. Contact FCC for your rights!
