Absolute Harassment!!!

They keep calling me and telling me that I am authorized to take out another loan with them...and then another call comes in from another one of their reps telling me that I owe them money.

My name is Megan Bah, I get a message once a day from this number calling for someone who obviously had this number before me.

I just got a call from 800-594-3426 and answered...a lady's voice (recording) came on and stated: "This call is for SOB Mike...." I hung-up.  SOB Mike...well you can spell S.O.B. I don't normally pick-up 800s calls and let them leave a message in my answering machine for later use..but they never leave one.  By the way, I voted for Obama...is this may be a pay-back harassment call?

There needs to be something done about this kind of harassment

Receive a call every day for me to call back this number. I have no intentions of calling them and would like to know how to block their calls.

United Cash Loans, calling multiple times a day, but never answering if I call back so I give up. Would love to find a way to just block it.

I just got a new number, and get calls repeatedly from this number for Rachel Chavez.  I tried once to call back to correct their records, thinking maybe it was a real company trying to reach a customer, but all I got was a recording.  I no longer pick up, but would very much like to get rid of these calls!

HOW DO I STOP THIS NUMBER FROM CALLING MY COMPANY TIME AND TIME AGAIN, I KEEP TELLING THEM IT IS THE WRONG NUMBER AND THEY ARE NOT LISTENING

This number constantly is calling me.  This is harassment.  I have told them they have the wrong number

They dont care, they work on "tribal land" and think they can harrass you because they don't have to follow the law.

They are a bottom feeding collection agency with minimal legal recourse in most states. I am in NY and their loan terms violate usury laws so their debts are basically uncollectable and a judge would never grant them a judgement in their favor. You can try telling them to stop calling and even send cease and desist letters, but they will continue to call.

It basically comes down to playing a waiting game. Just keep ignoring the calls and they will stop eventually.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE!

They call n a daily basis and I have informed them to NOT CALL again, however, they continue to call. They have an incorrect number. Annoying.

This was an Unauthorized ACH to my checking account. They put the money in when you have never gotten a loan. Then make it difficult to contact them when you finally realize something strange is going on with your account. THEN, they come back on you and say, "Well, are you saying that we never put money into your acount??!!" OMG....They only way to get rid of them is to pay it, which is admitting fault or file bankruptcy.

They call my cell phone.  I don't know how they got.  If this is a debt agency, why are they calling me?  I don't owe anyone any money.
